I don't have a ton of experience with remodels (this was our first) but I can't imagine the process being any smoother. The Phoenix Home Remodeling team is a well oiled machine. They kept our fairly substantial remodel (flooring, 3 bathrooms, Kitchen, Paint and more) on time and on budget. Even after we added a large amount of scope to the project (decided to do all 3 bathrooms) they still finished the project within a week of their original estimate.

The quality was outstanding, but their communication was even better. I text Ben (PM) regularly through the process and they always kept me up to date which helped a ton.

As it is with most things, you get what you pay for, and hiring Phoenix Home remodeling is a decision I would make over and over. They might not be the cheapest option, but they are undoubtedly the best.

I hope this review is helpful for anyone looking to get their home remodeled. This is definitely the company to hire.

When we initially made our purchase with Jacuzzi Bath the manger called to congratulate us on our purchase and promised the the installation process would be exceedingly above our expectations. The job was supposed to take 1 day, but the contractors were not able to finish that day. Not a big deal. On the second day, we were advised that they had the wrong size shower door and would not able to finish the job. I asked the contractor to relay our request to have the shower door expedited as I was paying a substantial amount of money and now the conversion was not completed timely as promised. Four days passed I received no communication from Jacuzzi Bath of AZ or an apology for the mix up. On the fourth day, I had to reach out to the sales rep via email, who had a customer service agent call us. The sales rep did not call us or respond. I expressed my concerns to them at that time. She said she would reach out to management to see if there could be some sort of compensation for the distress, but never heard anything more of it. I was kept informed from that time on to get our shower door installed. From start to finish the installation process took approx 2.5 weeks. I did finally get a call from the general manager with his sincere apology and his willingness to make things right. Thank you Chris for stepping up to resolve our concerns.

Everyone we worked with at Dreamstyle Remodeling was absolutely wonderful. Elizabeth took time during our consultation to really go over all our options and what would be best for the price range we were looking to stay in. As soon as all our supplies were ordered and received, they gave us a call to make an appointment. The guys, Jared W, Francis R and Ezera Y, came on time and were friendly, efficient, and always informed us of what was going on during the process. Couldn't recommend this company enough!

I love my new shower and flooring. The whole process was easy. Everyone was nice and helpful. The converted tub to a shower and replaced the floor in a day and a half. I would definitely recommend them.

Not only were we very satisfied with the original bathroom remodels Holtzman did for us, but we have been equally satisfied with the warranty process. We recently had a leak from our bathtub. Jaryd and his team have addressed the problem quickly with no questions asked and with a level of professionalism and quality of work that is refreshing. We could not be more satisfied and we will be customers for life!

My husband and I hired Ben from Champion Remodel. Ben and his team gave us the quality we were hoping for. We are very pleased with the results. I have been renting my home for 3+ years and no matter what issues we have had maintenance wise, it always gets done in a timely and professional manner. Our maintenance technician, Norm, who usually handles our work orders is always friendly, professional, and has awesome time management so he gets the jobs done in a timely manner. His work always looks neat and clean and maintains the integrity of the home. I love renting from PJ Hussey and I’m very thankful for the entire staff to be honest!! We were very pleased at how professional and quickly Mo worked on getting our old tub removed and the new one put in in just two days. Would highly recommend going with Re Bath for a Bathroom remodel.We have now had our Master bathroom remodel done by Alex, he did an amazing job. We were very pleased at the communication and punctuality every morning. He was very respectful of our house and kept our house as clean as you can during a remodel!

Watch out for this company during rush hour traffic. Whoever drives the black Chevy/GMC crew cab towing the Holtzman trailer will bully his way over from the slow lane to the HOV lane almost hitting other vehicles with the trailer.
