Best Construction/Remodel in Phoenix AZ

PHR was truly incredible to work with from start to finish. We couldn't be happier with our final product - 3 beautiful new bathrooms - but, also with the entire process and team. They were efficient, fair, trustworthy, communicative and SO easy to work with. We felt confident leaving them to finish the job without us onsite and knew what was happening with the project every step of the way. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to remodel in the Phoenix area!

We ordered a new walk-in shower from DreamStyle in late 2020 - we understood that they were very busy and it would be awhile before they could complete the install, we anxiously awaited our install date. Our original Project Manager was replaced with Scott W. and we appreciated that he stepped in to pick up the pieces and address any glitches/concerns before our install date - he kept in touch with us almost daily as our install date got closer. Install was excellent - Josiah R and Brett L were our install team. We could not have asked for nicer, more professional installers. They called first thing in the morning, arrived on time, were very attentive, asked us how we wanted things done throughout the process and did impeccable work. They left everything cleaner than it was when they arrived. Our new DreamStyle walk-in shower is beautiful. Thank you to Russ, Scott and especially Josiah and Brett!

We are very pleased with the way our kitchen remodeling project turned out. They were not the lowest bid we received but not the highest either but overall we were comfortable with their ideas and references. Will use them again next year when we do our master bath

We recently completed a full tear-out kitchen and master bath replacement with Homework Remodels in our mid-century home (built 1957). It was the second major project on which we engaged Steve Shinn and company. The first was about ten years ago for an addition to our home that added an office/bedroom, laundry room, garage extension, new roof, painting and changes to front and rear patios.

Doing such an extensive project that involved all trades gave us the opportunity to really get to know Steve, the quality of work from his team, and the way he runs his business. Needless to say, we were very satisfied and had no hesitation calling Homework Remodels for this latest project.

We were very pleased to see that Steve was not only still in business following the recession that clobbered so many local companies, but actually had grown his business over that time. Knowing that Steve takes a long-term approach to managing his business, and having seen his dedication to customer satisfaction, we were not surprised to see that Homework Remodels flourished. We had uncertainties about other contracting firms, so we went with the one we knew and with whom we already had a good experience. We had confidence in Homework Remodels, so it was a pretty easy decision.

One of the changes we found, that was of great value to us, is that Steve now had an in-house designer, Sheila, whose experience and expertise was obvious from our first meeting. It made tackling such a large project a much more comfortable experience. Sheila provided a lot of information on materials, fixtures, and design, and told us where to find more on our own.

The Homework team provided guidance every step of the way and did a great job. I would recommend them for their quality of work and great customer service.

My installer was amazing! He was so professional and did not except anything but perfection. His attention to detail was outstanding. He has the work ethics that you don’t see that often nowadays. Very personable and told me exactly what he was doing and why. I could not fault anything that he did and when he was done, things were spotless. I would recommend him to do any job with Re-Bath. I wish him luck in his future. He is truly an asset and I gave him an A+ as a representative of Re-bath! Job well done! ??

Got my bathroom remodel done by Holtzman, they exceeded my expectations! The work was amazing and they designed it exactly how I wanted it. Will my super always kept in contact and always delivered. Will defiantly recommend!

professional job wonderful result!!!! little pricey but finally worth it

We hired Maxum based on the relationship we developed with the designers Jerry & Brian who were very caring, professional and followed thru with all their commitments. We then waited several months for the work to start. We were told they wanted to wait to start until they had all the materials so there wouldn't be any delays once they started. Unfortunately that isn't what happened. They had some really bad subcontractors doing work on our house that were constantly making mistakes like taking out lighting that wasn't being replaced (even after we told them so), installing the wrong tile even after going over all the tile and instructions, building unlevel walls, etc. There was very little supervision of these idiots and when we complained to Maxum, we kept being told what great work they've done on other jobs. After several weeks of this, they finally acknowledged the bad work being done and brought in new guys that did know what they were doing but they didn't get very far since they ran out of tile replacing all the bad work that we had to wait 2 more weeks for them to get replacement tile.
The communication has been awful, they don't contact me until after repeated calls/ texts to them. We're never told in advance what's being done when, how long things are going to take, when we're getting our house back. It's been a very frustrating experience! I hope we will be happy with the results when/ if they finally get done. I don't know how they have managed to stay in business 20 years of they is how they operate. I don't recommend them at all.

After Ben did a fantastic job remodeling our daughter's kitchen, we hired him to remodel our kitchen and great room. This project involved removing a fireplace as well as some walls, and replacing floor tile throughout. Ben was easy to work with and highly dependable. He coordinated with our kitchen designer and communicated with us every step of the way. We were very pleased with Ben and hope to hire him again in the future.

Had Rise Above Remodeling install a new kitchen in my home and I could not be happier with the results. The team at Rise Above listened to our requests on what we wanted for the cabinets and counter tops and they exceeded all of our expectations. We were thrilled that everything happened just as we were told. Workers showed up when they said they would, did the work they said they would and got done when promised. All Messes were cleaned up before workers went home each evening. This all added up to two very happy customers. Happy with the final product as well as the process.

Amazing company!! We designed the kitchen of our dreams with Diamond Kitchen & Bath, and we are so happy with the product. Every step of the way was seamless and they took the time to make sure we got every little detail perfect. Nick and Bill were outstanding in the showroom and took all the time we needed to design the kitchen and went through all of the options available to make sure we got it just the way we wanted it. The friendliness and professionalism exceeded our expectations. They were never pushy and genuinely wanted to ensure we got what we wanted in the price range we needed. They provided a timeline and they were spot on. Our installer, Jordan, went above and beyond to communicate with us throughout the entire install. His attention to detail was exceptional. He is truly gifted in his craft and we were lucky enough to have our kitchen installed by him. He worked quickly and every piece was installed to perfection. They had been recommended by Silver City Restorations and I couldn’t be any happier with the results. The shower looks great and they did exactly how I wanted to be setup and it really does looks amazing. Definitely telling all my friends about them.

I have used this company twice now for roof repair.
They are very honest, excellent quality, great communication, reasonably priced. They even clean up after they are done.
If you need a roofer, this is the company to use.
