This is one of the worst companies my wife and I had to deal with. To preference is, we did not have work done on our residence by Cesar and Brandon, but we dealt with them in Dec 2020, on a bid to repair water damage. Cesar has since apologized for Brandon and himself, but we feel we needed to post a review, so others are aware of our experience. Long story short, it started with Brandon being pretty aggressive over the phone, he pressed to get our home owners insurance policy number and sign a work order even before he got to our home, when initially it was a phone call to understand what the damage was exactly. He did not appreciate my rebuttal and refusal to do so.
The three of them show up 45 minutes late, unannounced, leave their loud truck running outside with the trucks lights shining on the neighbor’s home/windows, super awkward and enter our home. They go into scare tactics of the amount of mold present (no proof) even after it was a small water leak, that was turned off right away by the way. They talked about having to tear out the downstairs wall, get some fans on it to dry it, it’s a serious health risk, etc. The kicker is, they go upstairs to inspect the bathroom, my wife who is clearly pregnant, was winded when they got to the second level, as well as the others, and they asked, “Are you bloated?” Unreal. While upstairs, they said they’ll have to tear apart the tile, inspect the under flooring and that it’ll be about a 1 month job and cost between 5-10,000 dollars. We were flabbergasted at these happenings.
Brandon and Cesar called me the next day, asked what my thoughts were and if I’d like to move forward. I said no, listed off what happened above, in particularly the poor taste comment towards my wife, and he said, it was an ice breaker, it was a joke. That he’s also working on Brandon and helping him become more professional. Well, my wife didn’t think so. I then explained to him and laughed in doing so, that you gave me a 5-10,000 bid, that it’s such a huge difference, and continued to laugh about, it’s not like it’ll be 2,500 to 3,000 and that you didn’t even write out a bid or email me a bid like the other companies did. At that point Cesar said, “You have some sort of demons or something? I’ll pray for you tonight.” I couldn’t believe it at that point, on exactly what I just heard and it was over with.
During this all, Cesar continues to preference they have 5 star reviews, but I’m not buying it, if you look, they’re mostly from users posting for the first time or second time. I get the feeling they’re paying for fake reviews. But what do I know, you be the judge, but I’m just honestly telling you what I experienced.

I had the whole 5-10000 dollar bid, fixed for $550, a week later by a trusting small business, who couldn't have be more honest. And he said there was no mold! ha ha

Tom and Alicia are incredible! They arrived quickly after our call and did an excellent job handling our water damage and mold. The area was contained, and they left our home clean after their work was done. I highly recommend them for any of your water damage needs.

Excellent company. The inspectors they sent were very accommodating throughout the process. They also gave us lots of advice on how to prevent further mold infestation in our home.

Go To Services were FANTASTIC to work with! They were extremely professional, responsive, and most importantly DID THE JOB RIGHT. We hired them to fix a tenant improvement that our landlord's contractor performed that was not to code. Go To Services fixed the issues and did amazing work. Pedro was especially conscientious and a highly skilled worker. I would recommend Go To Services for any building maintenance repairs or tenant improvement needs you may have. They get the job done right, on time and for a very reasonable fee!

In 2019 we had a flood and ASAP did a wonderful job mitigating and repairing our downstairs bathroom and hall.

Currently, we are working with them again for another restoration job and we look forward to them doing another wonderful job. Josh the owner is a stand up guy and will work hard to make sure the job get done.

The water mitigation crew was great!! From the top guy, Leo Norris, who brought the drying equipment the day after Christmas, to all the workers - Cee, Mario, Nico, Raul, Julio - who came daily to rip out, scrape, clean, pack, and take care of our situation, until it was all dry!! Great workers - professional, caring, knowledgeable, and friendly!! Thank you!!

I can’t speak highly enough of the service I received from SquareOne. They were responsive, worked quickly, anticipated things I wouldn’t have thought to ask about and communicated with me and my insurance company very effectively. Jeff was professional and thorough in completing our shower makeover project, which included installation of concrete board, shower wall panels, valve and shower hardware, and caulking. The job was done beautifully and I'm happy with the results. Would highly recommend.

Titan did everything possible to make my experience great. Insurance told me they enjoy working with Titan. That in itself says a lot.

My mom went out of town and I went to check on her home. Her toilet had been overflowing for some time and had flooded her bathroom and hallway. I called Swyft restoration and they were there within the hour. They cleaned up the standing water and applied some sort of vacuum suckers to the drywall. Within a couple days all was dry and no wall or floor damage. No drywall repairs needed. I definitely would recommend this company and will use them again if needed.

By far, best job I've had overall. Dan Keen is an selfless, honest and reliable boss who has literally taken shirt(coat) off his own back for me and has done many other acts of random kindness. He looks out for allhis employees as they were family. His work is unmatchable on all levels at a reasonable cost.

I had a house fire in November 2021 which caused extensive damage. Bethom Contracting was on the scene the night it happened and I chose them to reconstruct my house. They told me it would take about 8 months for me to move back in. It ended up being closer to 11 months. The delay was caused by supply chain issues, Covid 19 staffing issues with the permits and my mtg being sold to another company in the middle of the claim. Through all these hiccups, Bethom continued to work through these and said it would be completed by my birthday. They met that deadline! The house is beautiful! They were always a phone call and/or text away. They answered my questions and addressed any issues I presented them with - no matter how small or big. Alina was wonderful to work with. She was very empathetic and sympathetic to my situation and how stressful and emotional a house fire can be for someone. I highly recommend this business.

Jordan, Mike, and Tony did a great job repairing water damage on my ceiling. Couldn’t even tell there was ever damage there.

Be careful working with this company if you are a temporary worker. They love to exercise their power over you.

Restoration HQ has worked with 2 of our clients. First situation was a palm tree removal from a roof... The other was water remediation. Our clients were very pleased with the service they received.
