Best Construction/Remodel in Phoenix AZ

I don't have a ton of experience with remodels (this was our first) but I can't imagine the process being any smoother. The Phoenix Home Remodeling team is a well oiled machine. They kept our fairly substantial remodel (flooring, 3 bathrooms, Kitchen, Paint and more) on time and on budget. Even after we added a large amount of scope to the project (decided to do all 3 bathrooms) they still finished the project within a week of their original estimate.

The quality was outstanding, but their communication was even better. I text Ben (PM) regularly through the process and they always kept me up to date which helped a ton.

As it is with most things, you get what you pay for, and hiring Phoenix Home remodeling is a decision I would make over and over. They might not be the cheapest option, but they are undoubtedly the best.

I hope this review is helpful for anyone looking to get their home remodeled. This is definitely the company to hire.

Started out as 1 star for non responsive, but since then the company has reached out and done everything it could to be on top of what is happening with the remodel, they assigned a wonderful person named Christine to the project and she has done everything she can to make it clear that what we want will be a long process and explained the steps. I look forward to how this all ends.

I have been renting my home for 3+ years and no matter what issues we have had maintenance wise, it always gets done in a timely and professional manner. Our maintenance technician, Norm, who usually handles our work orders is always friendly, professional, and has awesome time management so he gets the jobs done in a timely manner. His work always looks neat and clean and maintains the integrity of the home. I love renting from PJ Hussey and I’m very thankful for the entire staff to be honest!! Thank you Norm for always doing the best job when you come out!!

North Phoenix Kitchen & Bathroom Remodeling Team was beyond amazing, they helped us install some pretty tricky pieces successfully, they also painted and smoothed a wall. Great services.

Robert K and Johnathan P were awesome from stat to finish. I have Parkinson's Disease one of my main issues is mobility and a lack of balance. Both of these issues make the shower a dangerous place & thus , the reason for the remodel. Robert and Jonathan both took extra care and time (including getting me involved) with the placement of grab bars and the position of the seat that was installed. Robert also insisted that a different seat was installed than what the original contract required. The seat was an upgrade but he spoke to his manager and got the new seat for the original price in the contract. Robert was very caring of m situation and it really shows what kind of man he is. I would give both Robert and Jonathan the highest marks available for the work they did. My wife and I are considering another shower project in our home and I could only hope Robert and Johnathan will be available to install it! Juan and his team are great! I had 5 teams come over to my new house for estimates. Juan carefully listened to me and gave me lots of creative ideas to fulfill my vision under my budget. His estimate was very reasonable and he didn't ask additional while the project was underway.

He could start the work right away, which was a huge plus.

Unexpected things do happen during remodels and so did my case. But Juan took care of them without additional cost. His team also made sure to finish up all small details until I am satisfied.

Juan is a man of responsibility and integrity. I am happy with the result of my 3800sq ft house. A friend of mine also hired G&C after looking at my house and she is happy as well!

Graco Home Remodeling was great from start to finish! Ignacio Carrion is very professional and has amazing customer service. The Graco team is always flexible, available, and punctual to get the work done around my busy schedule. I loved that they provided photos of the damage on my roof when quoting the work that needed to be done. The cost was very fair and competitive (nothing was overpriced). I am so happy with the work they did and recommend them to everyone.

We hired Ben from Champion to remodel our newly purchased home. He did a superb job, and was a pleasure to work with. His crew was professional, clean, punctual, and completed the project on schedule. Needed some changes in the kitchen. I was looking for a good licensed company in Phoenix to get it done but I was on a tide budget. I care a lot about the quality of work as well as insurance and libility of the companyt in case something happens. We had a bad experiance in the past when a un-licensed contractor cut his hand in our house and we had to hire a lawyer to prove we didnt hire him but the contractor we did hire.
I didn’t want my investment to go in vain. It’s a tricky business somehow, I could manage things with the help of Nehemiah Builders Inc. Great people to work with and the guys are skilled. I liked that. Dealing with them for the first few days, I knew my money is in safe hands. I would recommend them for any renovation job in Phoenix. Liked their response, thumbs up from me!

Aqua Therapy was the fourth and last contractor we consulted to redo our master bathroom. During our first meeting, I got a great feel from Derek as to his sincerity and knowledge and responsibility, and sure enough, he proved all that out. Our bathroom looks beautiful, and he was very good to work with. He was patient witih our selections even if it meant less expensive options, he always let us know what/when the next step in the project would be, and he made himself available for any questions/concerns I had. He is not like many contractors who seem too busy to take/return calls once they get your business. His crew of Jacob and George were very pleasant to have in the house too, and we always felt comfortable with them there. I recommend Aqua Therapy for the whole bath and not just a walk-in tub. They did our shower, walk-in tub, flooring, vanity, lighting, and medicine chests.

Watch out for this company during rush hour traffic. Whoever drives the black Chevy/GMC crew cab towing the Holtzman trailer will bully his way over from the slow lane to the HOV lane almost hitting other vehicles with the trailer.

I was helping my father refinance his home in Arizona and I do not live there anymore. But I had to find a company to assist with some repairs. I spoke with Tim and the team and set up everything on the phone and on line. This company and their employees are wonderful. So professional and on track with what they do and the cost was within reason and done quickly. If you need any help with a manufacture home this is the company you want to use.

Home Concepts was awesome! We had a shower/tub combo remodeled and it came out great. They were very professional and did high-quality work. I strongly recommend using them for bath remodeling needs.
