Best Bathtub Replacement in Phoenix AZ

I give a grade of 4.5 for the following: Although the remodel wasn't quite what we wanted, it all worked out in the end, got 2 niches instead of 1. Downside of the project was we couldn't use shower until a week passed. Doors were not usable and had to wait for work to be done on original niche. Also no contact from anyone about the project, I had to call to see if anyone was interested in our experience.

Jarrod and Bobby did excellent work on the bath room shower replacement. Very polite and courteous. Will recommend Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of Arizona . They get 5 stars from us.

Darrius W. and Lester B. completed the installation of our new shower. These gentleman were on time, extremely professional, and offered amazing customer service. When they arrived, I explained that our son works nights and had just gotten off work and was sleeping in the front room. Both gentleman took this into account and did everything in their power to work around our resting son. Their work was was fast and immaculate. Both Darrius and Lester were welcoming and helpful in explaining the process to my wife and I. If we have another job done, I would hope Darrius and Lester are available to do the work. Westshore has been first rate in working with the design consultants Joe and Tom, to the installation team. An amazing company we will be working with in the future! Beautiful work on our new shower that my wife will enjoy for years to come!

I just can not say enough good things about this remodeling company. Kitchen and Bathroom Remodeling Phoenix worked on my kitchen and bathroom tiles and vanity in both a swiftly and knowledgeable manner. The time was extremely polite and experienced the entire time. I will be using this company again!

Working with Don Hughes (owner) & Mike (did all the work) was a great experience. Don was so easy to work with offering great advise regarding tile for both the hall bathroom and kitchen as well as paint colors. Mike was just amazing doing all the work: tile around the bath, removing the large mirrors in both bathrooms and installing mirrors we chose, replacing cabinets in both bathrooms, removing existing medicine cabinets and closing up the walls, painting and backsplash tile in the kitchen.

This was a great experience working with both Don & Mike. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Rudest salesperson I have ever encountered told us they were not a reseller contactor only. Told them I wanted to have someone install a custom shower, told us they were not even interested in talking to us until November, but feel free to look around.

From the initial meeting to project completion it was a good experience. Derek answered all our questions and even helped us obtain a Veterans benefit that we were not aware of. They are thorough, responsive, and all members of the team are friendly and professional. They have insightful advice and they did a great job of listening to what we wanted. They guide you through every step and make an overwhelming process stress free. We love our new bathroom and highly recommend!

Holtzman home improvement is such an amazing company. I definitely recommend them to anybody home I want to work with somebody who knows what they're doing in the valley. I had them install a glass wall where I had taken out the pool gate that over looked the mountain. I had them take out to the gate that look like the pool gate instead of the pool gate I had to install a nice beautiful glass wall that overlooked it the mountains in the nature behind my house. I would definitely recommend them is there a conference in what they were doing and they always communicated with me if there were any kind of delays from any other manufacturers. I will definitely write this company at 10star and not a 5 star because of how amazing their whole staff was when it came on my property.

We had Optum home solutions remove and replace the windows in our home. Their installer’s Drake and Chase were very professional and did a fantastic job.

Very poor service! They promise the job will be great but when the technician arrived he spent more time outside talking to a man who pulled up next to my driveway than he spent doing the job. After he finished the application he showed me what he had done. I pointed out all these imperfections. He said he would come back but I had to call the company to find out what was going on. I was told the technician randomly came by one day but I wasn't home so the matter was resolved. I provided the office lady Colleen with photos and she claimed the job could not be perfect like a new tub. I said these imperfections need to be fixed. She sent her technician out and he removed the coating and said goodbye. Colleen called and said they didn't think I'd be happy with their application so this was the end of the project. I was told I would receive a refund. I'm still waiting for a refund. I hired another company and they agreed the job done was not done right. The tub should have been stripped first(it wasn't). Still waiting for a refund. I found there is no history of this conpany on BBB and they see not listed with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors so I would avoid them!

Colleen blames the customer but she totally ignores the photos showing bubbling and puckering of the acrylic material in all the other areas. Her tech Tomas told me the tub would be ready to use in 24 hours. A tile guy came out 72 hour later and gently taped off the wall from the tub using painters tape. Where the acrylic was bubbled the worst it peeled. I showed these photos and explain what happened to another company in town and they said that it should never peel off with painters tape after three days of drying, and they also agreed with me that the bubbling and puckering is abnormal and that is not a good job, and it shows that the material applied was not adhering properly and that is definitely a company problem not mine And despite saying that I have received a refund, I have not received a refund. I plan on filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well as the ROC.

Pro Bathtub Refinishing responded to my request for a tub resurfacing quote right away and was able to schedule service within a few days. The reglazing technician was on-time, professional, friendly, and did a great job keeping the bathroom area clean while he repaired the tubs. Very pleased with their service.
