West shore replaced a tub/shower on the second floor that would leak. The job was completed in a day for minimal disruption to the residents. Finished product is a welcome upgrade.

My wife and I hired Ross to remodel our bathrooms and add a pantry to our kitchen and are very happy with the results. The bathrooms feel fresh and modern and the pantry integrates into the kitchen flawlessly as if that were the original design. Throughout the process, Ross juggled the balance of style, practicality, and affordability. He was professional in communicating, working with our schedule, respectful of our space (he kept everything VERY clean), reliable, and punctual. Overall, Ross is a pleasure to work with; he clearly takes pride in his work and delivers as if he were working with his own money on his house. We have ideas for future remodeling projects and he will be our first choice!

The technician was a perfectionist and so appreciated. The clean up afterwards was excellent. The customer service was courteous and very professional to me. In closing, the tub and adjacent shower look better than brand new! Highly recommend this company, 5 STARS from me…

We could not be more satisfied with our recent bathroom remodels that Planet Remodel preformed for us. The master bathroom was completely gutted and the layout was drastically changed. We had no vision for the space but we knew what we didn't want and communicated with the designer the best we could. She did an incredible job with putting together a layout that fit our needs and our budget! My husband and I were glad the installers that came to our house were with the company for so many years and did such a professional job! They were clean, friendly and punctual. Harassment over the phone got them into my home, poor quality, lack of professionalism and terrible acrylic will keep them from ever doing business in my home again.

Terrific experience start to finish both in the level of service and professionalism and with the finished product. I had them repair a pretty bad looking shower/tub with holes in it and it looked brand new after completion. Also had all kitchen and bathroom counters done as well. Very happy with the work, looks great and at a fraction of the cost of installing granite. I would definitely recommend and will continue using them for any projects of mine in the future.

If there is one contractor in the state of Az that I trust, it would be Ben Shoval. After dealing with Az slimy contractors, Ben presented himself very honestly. If I had an issue, he took care of it. He took our feedback with grace, and dignified it with a positive result. He also hired 2 very nice steady subcontractors that did an amazing job. We will use him again for future business.

Got a walk-in shower for my grandparents who have had the same original bath since they purchased their home back in 1987. The installers were professional and the work was beautiful, what a change and for the best. My sister and I loved their bath so much we decided to upgrade ours which is getting put in next week.
