Our master bathroom needed some re-grouting work. We contacted many contractors to get estimates of the work. The estimates were good, but the problem we had was follow through. Days and weeks would go by, and it seemed like we were just bugging these guys. We brought in some professional companies to provide estimates thinking they would follow through. They could not repair the grout so they offered estimates to do a rebuild of the master bathroom. The pricing was outrageous!

My wife finally found Allure Bathroom Remodeling. John (the owner) came to our house, inspected the damage in master shower, and said no problem. He was so transparent and honest, that he told us it didn't make sense to do a complete remodel. They could do the repairs - and in a reasonable price too! We were ecstatic; so excited that we decided to do a remodel of our guest bathroom that we were never happy with. The cost of doing both projects was roughly the same cost as the single remodel that other companies offered. We settled with Allure.

The actual work finally came. We met John's son, Mike, and his crew. Our master bathroom repairs took ONE day. We've been faced with this problem for months and it was resolved in one day. The next part was the amazing part - our new guest bathroom. Mike was extremely professional, friendly, and punctual. His crew was the exact same. Every one of them was trustworthy. We felt comfortable providing input and questions on the work. Everything went so smoothly.

We'd recommend Allure for any job, large or small. They were amazing to work with. If you've ever had issues with contractors not contacting you, or don't feel comfortable with the price of your estimate. Look no further than Allure.

The install team was on time both days. They were very respectful and clean in their work. The job of replacing my tub/shower to a walk-in shower was done as promised with no delay. I was highly pleased with the job when done and I would use Pacific Bath Company again.

I don't have a ton of experience with remodels (this was our first) but I can't imagine the process being any smoother. The Phoenix Home Remodeling team is a well oiled machine. They kept our fairly substantial remodel (flooring, 3 bathrooms, Kitchen, Paint and more) on time and on budget. Even after we added a large amount of scope to the project (decided to do all 3 bathrooms) they still finished the project within a week of their original estimate.

The quality was outstanding, but their communication was even better. I text Ben (PM) regularly through the process and they always kept me up to date which helped a ton.

As it is with most things, you get what you pay for, and hiring Phoenix Home remodeling is a decision I would make over and over. They might not be the cheapest option, but they are undoubtedly the best.

Both Darrell and Chris were very professional. They clean up the mess as they went along and were very respectful of my home and my time. The install of my new tub and the demolition of the old one was done in one day. Jacuzzi called me weekly to keep me updated on the progress of the fabrication and was very customer focused. I have an older home going thru a remodel. Yes it was a little expensive but worth every penny for the excellent customer service and follow up.

We were fortunate to have Russell and Oscar here to install our new shower wall system, slip resistant base, grab bars, shelves and plumbing. They expertly removed our old dated tub, old plumbing and fixtures, shower door, shower walls and drywall. We are very satisfied customers and will recommend Dreamstyle Remodeling to our friends and neighbors. We are no longer embarrassed to let anyone use our guest restroom because it is no longer ugly and dated looking. This company came out to give my elderly grandmother with dementia a quote. For reference, I have worked in the one day bath remodel space for about seven years in the Midwest. I know the price points and I know the sales tactics. This specific salesman that visited my grandmother originally quoted her $22,000 for a bathtub before eventually dropping down the price $6000 to $16,000. Obviously, he was trying to price gouge her if he was able to drop the quote down to $16000. It’s really sad and disturbing that companies like this are still able to operate when they run such an unethical operation. Stay far away from this company , they will take advantage of you if they have the opportunity, regardless of your mental capacity.

Don Hughes is our standard of what we would like to see when hiring a contractor. We hired him to remodel our kitchen, 2 bathrooms, replace the floor and fireplace. He is professional, personal, and completed the project on-time. We gave him ideas of what we wanted and what was a priority and he really focused on those items. For example we provided a sample of a floor tile we wanted. When we picked the cabinets later he saw a clash between the two and provided some alternatives and the one he suggested was better than we could have imagined. He spotted details we had not because he enjoys what he does and it shows in his work. I would highly recommend this company.

We are so happy with our beautiful new master bathroom! ReBath was so helpful in the design and planning. This was a complete demo and rebuild. They were professional and always made sure to keep dust and noise to a minimum. This is the best company you could ever hire for your remodel!!!

I had two bathrooms redone for the shower and bath tub. Professional work done by contractors. Owner isn’t professional and they don’t keep you in the loop or return calls. Lack of communication amongst the employees. Would not recommend to anyone!

Purchased a toilet from Amazon and they now provide an option to have one of their contractors install your toilet. They had three choices, I picked Holtzman because of their high rating on the internet. I had a hard time getting the toilet, it was first back ordered and they would let me know when it was on its way, which they did not. I was dealing with Judy at Holtzman and told her I would call when I got it because was not sure of the delivery date. I received it at about 4pm on a Thursday. I called Judy and said I finally got the toilet and she said they were booked until next week and we made an appointment for the following Tuesday. Then 20 minutes later she said she could have someone come the next day between 7-9am, I said that was great. Alverdo showed up, he protected my carpet and installed my new toilet. I plan on purchasing another toilet for the bathroom in the garage and will have Holtzman do the installation. I highly recommend them for there great service. Judy did not have to make this happen the next day, but she did and I thank her so very much for that. Great service.

The team that performed work in our home was outstanding. The attention to detail, courtesy, and overall result was over the top, they went above and beyond. From the estimator Mimi to supervisor Loius and all others were all very professional and accommodating to the customers request. Without hesitation I would recommend this company and this team for all of your work. We will use them again for our next project.

Ross recently remodeled our shower. They did an excellent job. Project was done quickly and right on schedule. Ross was also very easy to communicate with before/during the remodel. Happy with the end project! Would highly recommend!
