John and Mike are great. I first met the Allure crew when my master bathroom shower pan failed. John let me create a wheelchair accessible bathroom out of a very small space. Six months later I finally decided to remodel my 1970's kitchen. The final product was amazing.

John allowed me to implement my designs. When picking tiles, John was a phone call away to confirm measurements or advise on products. I also sourced some reclaimed ceiling tiles which with team work made a wonderful back splash. Mike would consult on installation issues. I am planning the next bathroom to be remodeled, can't wait to hire the Allure crew again. I will post pictures soon.

The install team was on time both days. They were very respectful and clean in their work. The job of replacing my tub/shower to a walk-in shower was done as promised with no delay. I was highly pleased with the job when done and I would use Pacific Bath Company again.

Everyone was easy to work with and my shower came out exactly how I wanted. Lupe did the shower tile and he was meticulous! Aaron and Garron were also great!

The master bathroom and hallway they used to access our house was always cleaned at the end of the day and they were respectful of our home and understanding with our baby being in the house.

They were professional, good with timelines, respectful, and helpful with our questions.

After a 6 week delay, the shower remodel went fantastic. Tommy and Juan did a great job! Kept us informed at all times, and were very professional. Brandon, the plumber, also did a great job! Beautiful workmanship.

My parents ordered a screened in patio from these people in March they just got it installed on Thursday of last week. Buyers be ware this company won’t fight for you with their vendors. They make every excuse in the book for why they are not installing yet. Managers don’t care about your time and experience with the company. Then they come and install and the installer moved at a snails pace it took him 4 day if they would have put two people on are Job it would have take half the time. They did not give him all the cord he needed instead of going to Home Depot and getting it the installer said we have to wait Til Monday I am sorry we waited for months and my time is just as valuable as anyone else make it right. This kind of stuff looses repeat business and we have three homes in same community but after my parent’s experience be a cold day in hell before we use these people so unprofessional

My family lives in one of the historic districts of Phoenix. We had Homework Remodels convert our old garage into a guestroom. The work entailed adding a bathroom, plumbing, electric, storage. Steve and his team did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend him for any work.

This company ripped off a retired nurse/ sweet little old lady. Worst company out there!!! Paid 35K for 2 bathroom remodels. They installed one of the bathtubs wrong which took them a year to make right and now I'm finding a thousand little things that are wrong. Paint coming off of doors already. They never grouted the floor tile to the baseboards or sealed the grout and it already looks bad. Completely random floor tile layout where they use as many small tiles as possible making it look very sloppy. Never did the paint touch up and said they would drop paint off for her to fix herself.. This is a retired nurse who has done nothing but help people her entire 50+ year career and had some money saved to do some things she wasn't allowed to do with her own money while her husband was alive and they took complete advantage of that!!! The worst kind of company out there. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Sad world we live in nowadays.

From the initial estimate to the final touch these folks were professional and a delight to work with. The project manager, Kevin, kept us fully aware of exactly when his guys would show up and what was scheduled to be done. Everyone was prompt, pleasant and highly skilled. Couldn't be happier with our new bathroom.

I had two bathrooms redone for the shower and bath tub. Professional work done by contractors. Owner isn’t professional and they don’t keep you in the loop or return calls. Lack of communication amongst the employees. Would not recommend to anyone!

The drywall repair work was done so well that the damage could not be seen. Excellent work, excellent clean up. I would highly recommend. Also, they went above and beyond to make us happy.

While having very professional and respectful work force they started on time and just made my bathroom as perfect as I wanted it! My husband and I hired Ben from Champion Remodel. Ben and his team gave us the quality we were hoping for. We are very pleased with the results. We hired him to re-do our kitchen, 2 bathrooms and all the flooring throughout the entire first floor. All of the finishes were purchased by us and Ben put the whole job together! I hired PJ Hussey to completely remodel my condo, including the kitchen, two bathrooms, flooring, light fixtures etc. From start to finish it was a good experience. All of their employees that I came into contact with were pleasant and helpful, especially Frank and Kevin. Everybody was very patient in answering my many questions and working around my timeline. The project manager, Kevin, was a pleasure to work with. He was very proactive in keeping me informed about the project and was very responsive to any concerns I had. His communication really reduced my stress level during the project. The remodel turned out great and I would definitely use them again.

They didn't finish and left trash in my yard. Was supposed to return and never did. The person that answered the phone was rude. He wouldn't let me talk to a manager. They have my money and now they don't care. I am going thru chemo and do not feel good and they r making me chase them. It's tiresome that customer service is so bad. Two hrs later Jeff resolved the issue.

We are very happy with our new shower. It has been a pleasure working with Re Bath. All of your staff are professional and competent. We appreciate the advice and consulting with Jim Blackburn. Marvin James, Project Manager provided excellent oversight and made sure everything was of the highest standards. We want to especially recognize Mr. Corey Smith for his remarkable craftsmanship. He kept us advised of each step in the project and kept the site neat and clean.
