We have used De La Rosa House Cleaning For a little over 8 months now and we are very happy with them. They are reasonably priced, excellent at communication and very accommodating with scheduling. We initially had a deep clean and now use them bi-weekly. The team that comes is always very thorough and efficient with time. I was introduced to SaniGuys by a neighbor of mines who insisted I must try this new cleaning company. At first, I was hesitant about trying a new company but after seeing the results I am glad I did. I like how they pay extra attention to details and the customer service is exceptional. I hired them to clean the townhouse I had just moved out of on Wednesday August 12th 2020. When the cleaning team arrived I spoke to Pilar as she was the team leader. I explained that I wanted EVERYTHING cleaned inside, no external windows. Showed her the move out check list from my landlord and Pilar told me it would be about 3 hrs. I left them to perform their job and returned when Pilar texted me that they had about 20 min left. I walked through the entire place with Pilar and she told me if anything was not up to my expectations that they would redo the spots I was unhappy with. It wasn't necessary as they had done a phenomenal job. I could not have been more satisfied and neither could my landlords as when they looked through the house today, they asked for the company I used so they could hire them and recommend them to all of their tenants for a quality cleaning company.
I will be calling them again for some spring cleaning in my current home.

Clean Towers did a pretty awesome job cleaning my building. They were on time and very quick and friendly. Totally the coolest guys to hang out and do business with.

A Tidy Home HHS is the best cleaning service I have ever used. I have owned & managed vacation rental homes for three years now, and I have been through many cleaning companies. Heather and her team at A Tidy Home HHS are not only the best (by far) out of any company I have used, but they also go ABOVE AND BEYOND every single time to make sure that the vacation rentals are spotless. They are super responsive, very professional, and always make sure things are left sparkling clean - even when the guests leave the vacation rental a complete mess after checkout. I trust them to clean all 11 of my vacation rentals, and do an absolutely fabulous job every time. I also trust them to clean my personal home. They do a perfect job on every clean for an extremely reasonable price. I can always count on them to show up on time and pay close attention to the cleaning schedule (which is super important with vacation rentals, where schedule changes happen frequently). I absolutely do not know what I would do without A Tidy Home HHS. If i could give them more than 5 stars, I definitely would!

We had pigeons! The Pigeon Specialist are awesome! Our roof was cleaned, inspected and treated. When the pigeons came back and found a new spot, so did the Pigeon Specialist. They treated the new area and didn't charge us!! I have to add and I know it was by luck but the Pigeon Specialist came back within hours. They were in the Goodyear area so I got lucky, but it was nice that they take this job seriously and they will not charge you for something you do not need. Which is why they had to come back. In their 1st visit there was no activity to the are they had to come back and treat. They left it up to me, but told me we don't want to charge you if there's no activity. So that's it. I highly recommend these guys!

My husband and I are from the MIdwest and expect quality in our contractors. We have been so impressed with Poolman that we have them taking care of multiple pools for us as well as given then several referrals.
