Phx home remodeling demoed my outdated bathroom and made my dream bathroom a reality. From the first meeting I felt confident that they would do good work. Their whole remodeling process is so streamlined and stress free. And while they may be pricier than other companies, the lack of stress I had through the remodel is absolutely worth it. They communicate quickly and punctually, which is not something I had experienced with other places. The people working on my bathroom were always on time, professional, and courteous. They post progress pictures through the process so even if you can’t physically get in the space to see, you know that work is being done. I would use this company again for my kitchen when it is time.

The entire staff has been incredibily professional through our entire remodel process. I want to specifically call out Will Stubblefield. Will joined Holtzman a couple days before our project started. We were so lucky that he was our project manager. His communication was tremendous. He was always very honest with us. Will always had our best interest in mind and worked very hard to ensure our project moved along smoothly. He was always available anytime we had a question. We highly recommend Homework Remodels! Steve and Sheila spent time providing us with quality blueprints and excellent home décor/interior design selections for our new 400 square foot casita. We live in a historic neighborhood and they have proven experience obtaining the required city permits and approval from the Phoenix Historical Preservation Society. They removed our dilapidated garage and replaced it with an amazingly beautiful and quality-built casita! We would like Ross, our Homework Remodels’ project manager, to oversee all of our projects! He kept the project moving smoothly and made sure the work was completed to high, quality standards. After examining the completed casita, contractors we know gave the work their high praise!

We had purchased a ready to go bathroom vanity and not long after the counter started to stain and get worse. Even after two professionals came to the home, it could not be fixed. We needed a new countertop all together and couldn't for anything find a replacement that would fit the existing vanity/sink placement without the very expensive option of a custom shop or a new vanity. PJ Hussey construction provided a quality quartz top, custom cut and installed it perfectly, efficiently and even cleaned up after. You may learn rating this company could be close to home for me but truly they performed great work and I couldn't be happier with it. Thank you!

Elizabeth Peterson was an outstanding Sales Rep. Nate Faust was the Project Manager and very professional explaining the details and answering any questions. Brett Lusk and Issaha did the shower installation and made the process seamless. We are very pleased with the finished product and highly recommend DreamStyle! Five Stars!!

My husband and I hired Ben from Champion Remodel. Ben and his team gave us the quality we were hoping for. We are very pleased with the results. We hired him to re-do our kitchen, 2 bathrooms and all the flooring throughout the entire first floor. All of the finishes were purchased by us and Ben put the whole job together! We have had Shannon and the crew from Five40 do our Kitchen/family room remodel (‘17), guest bath (‘19), and master bath/closet (‘20). Each job was a complete gut and rebuild and required electrical, plumbing, framing, etc. the result of all 3 jobs was phenomenal. We could not have been happier, and we demonstrated that by contracting him for the two bathrooms after we did our kitchen. His quotes were competitive and the only significant change orders were because of design or material changes that we made midstream.

The the best thing about working with Shannon was that he didn’t come into our jobs with opinions about what we should do. Rather he listened to what we wanted and was always enthusiastic about the vision we had and did his best to make them happen.

If we need contracting work again in the future we will definitely us Five40 and enthusiastically recommend them.

I have worked with several Custom Builders in the past and I have found 4 Gen Homes to be among the very best! David brings so much relevant and expert experience to each project and it shows in the finished work of art. His proven process of helping his clients go from concept drawings to “Welcome to your new home!” is the best I have ever seen. It makes building a custom home an enjoyable experience. He also treats each of his clients like family and I really appreciate that. I highly recommend David and his team!

We have now been completely ghosted for 2 months after our job was left incomplete. We got the call that our supplies for our two bathrooms were ready so we could install a couple weeks early if we were okay that the bathroom shower door would be installed shortly after. We agreed and had a great experience with the installers themselves. They were super professional and quick. Since then in October, we have had to chase down vague answers about our missing glass door (while obviously having paid for the job). This was not a cheap job - we did 2 bathrooms. Meanwhile it looks like people after us have definitely had shower doors installed immediately. It feels like we were dropped like nothing after paying a large sum. It's unacceptable to have to BEG a company for updates proactively. At this point I am unconvinced we will ever get that door installed. Do not EVER agree to an incomplete install from this company. I would never refer them to anyone at this point.

Hunter was great - always responsive and helped us work through some unexpected challenges. Took longer than expected but well worth the outcome!

We had our shower and tub removed and AZ bath masters remodeled the area into a beautiful walk in shower. It turned out awesome, Noah and Justin were the installers and they were wonderful, very respectful and courteous. Jim and Scotti were both very nice, our only complaint was that we had to keep calling to ask for dates or times of arrival instead of them communicating frequently with us, but when they said the workers would be there at a certain time they always were. I would recommend them for sure, the final product is awesome, absolutely love the tyvarian!!!!
