Jeremy did a fantastic job coming out to take a look/discuss options and provided a clear and reliable proposal. The new opening and corresponding door turned out perfect, with absolute high quality. Gerardo, Jose, and Miguel did an excellent job of refinishing our solid Oak entry door and curved Oak staircase, they are darker with the grains showing through and are a serious update to accompany all the other mods we've done, this is one of the last mods and makes a HUGE difference. The guys were quick, efficient, and skilled in their trade. We are 100% satisfied and will use them in a couple of months to do our Oak kitchen cabinets. Thanks to all!

I cannot say enough good things about this company. Professional —- quality materials —- arrived on time & did a beautiful installation, and all for a great price. Installer cleaned the entire unit upon completion, including washing out all drawers and cabinet shelves. This business deserves 10 stars.

I used Inspired Closets for my bedroom closet and I love how it turned out! The designer offered me several options for the space and worked within my budget. I LOVE MY NEW SHELVES!!! Chris came out to provide the initial estimate and also provided recommendations on a couple of cabinets and false drawers that were wasted space for me at the time. The company communicated timely with the order and installation date. Brad installed the shelving and was expertly able to work around a couple of unforeseen issues. The quality of the slides are amazing and my cabinet storage has greatly increased. I highly recommend Shelf Theory !

The only complaint I have about this company is that they're so good, they're crazy busy and we had to wait a bit! Awesome garage cabinets!

I called requesting the first appointment and they called me 2 times to confirm the appointment and they sent me 3 messages to confirm the appointment. When it was time for them to show up, they called 15 minutes to say that they will be late by an hour! I had to drive 2 hours (two ways to meet them cz this was my second house) and they called 15 minutes before to let me know!
They kept telling me that I have to let them know 24 hours in advance if I wanna change my appointment! What about the customer!
My time is valuable and today is my only day off in 10 days so no this is unacceptable.

Everyday so far work doesn’t start until 10:30am ( no wonder it takes weeks to get it done)
For a company with such good reviews I wonder if it’s all true
But they are really quick to charge your credit card

I truly wish I had never used this company. It all started with the employee they sent to give me a bid. He turned out to be a crook and ended with poor craftsmanship on the final product. They may state that 100% satisfaction is guaranteed but that's not what they deliver. They seemed far more worried about getting the final payment then my satisfaction with the job. I even told Chris when I made the final payment that I wasnt the least bit satisfied with the job but just wanted to be done with the whole ordeal. Chris didnt seem the least bit phased by my dissatisfaction. The job ended up costing me 37% more then was in the contract. There are far better cabinet builders out there. You have been warned.

Just completed refinishing our kitchen cabinets & they are gorgeous...makes the entire space look new & fresh. Staff were very professional and kept the mess to a minimum. Highly Recommend!!

Update: They did do the install within one week but the cabinets are mis-measured and not what was designed. Haven't heard back from them since Saturday when I sent them pictures.

Closets by Design showed up today after a 3 month install today without calling us or scheduling an appointment. They have not called us back and told us now it would be December until they install. No mind that they have been holding our 50% deposit since May when we designed the cabinets. I understand being backed up because of COVID but what I don't understand is poor customer service, not calling someone to schedule installation. Super unprofessional. Go with someone else.

I walked up wondering if this tiny storefront would yield anything useful. After visiting a half dozen cabinet stores I came here and I'm glad I did. They have a great selection at a wide range of price points. There was so many great choices it was easy to find what I really wanted that I hadn't seen at any other chain store. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. It was a great experience and can't recommend this local shop highly enough.

Kitchen Tune-Up was great. From start to finish, they communicated well and were patient with me while I tried to decide what direction to go in on a limited budget. I wound up going with the one day tune-up and had some roll out shelves installed. They didn't try to oversell me and they were on time and efficient. The entire job only took around 4 hrs and the cabinets look great. They even replaced the little bumpers on the inside of the doors. I highly recommend the Mathews. They will restore your faith in contractors!

Garth and staff were excellent. They went above and beyond to make our kitchen gorgeous! They were able to repair our dog chewed corners, replace a water damaged pony wall and had an amazing granite guy to do our counter tops. If anything wasn’t to our satisfaction Garth immediately addressed the issue and fixed it.
