Allure Bathroom Remodeling Bathroom Remodeling
Best tile work I have ever seen. Ran my hand down the wall and never caught it on the grout joints. Perfectly even. John and his team were excellent to work with every step of the process. His pricing is very fair and honest. They were very flexible and even made suggestions for the design changes. I am recommending him to our close friend for some work. Definitely will use their service again.

Cameron and Kurt where fabulous! Priofesional, respectful and efficient. Removed the old original plastic tub and installed a beautiful walk in shower in two days. From the initial quote and design to the install completion, Pacific Bath has exceeded all my expectations. Thank you so much for a no stress remodeling project from start to finish.

Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of Arizona Bathroom Remodeling
After all the wonderful reviews, and their great reputation, I would not recommend them to remodel a bathroom based upon my experience.1) When the contractor arrived, he was not masked, nor were any of his workmen. We are in the middle of a pandemic! I expect any service professional who even think about entering the house to wear a mask. At a minimum, ask the home owner if you do not need to wear a mask. I felt so uncomfortable in my own home.2) When our shower was installed, the bathroom installers broke our tile. We use the bathroom everyday, and I have photos of the bathroom from right before they came, and no tile was broken. If the tile broke during the install process, they should have told us! We have extra tile, and they could have put in the tile when they were putting in the shower3) Right after they installed the shower, a medicine cabinet that was screwed into the dry wall, and had been there for years, literally came crashing down on my head. The cabinet fell and shattered everything that was in it, broke the cabinet as well as the tile below. Coincidence? Perhaps, but most likely due to the work that had just been done to the bathroom. The salesman who we spoke with was also quite pushy, and we felt like we had to make a decision right when he was in our house. We are not the kind of people that like that sales tactic, and we do not just make large financial decisions without thinking things through, so we found out later that we could have gotten better quality for a lower price only after we agreed to go with Jacuzzi.

Dreamstyle Remodeling Bathroom Remodeling
Walk-in shower remodel. In my brand new home we had a very dangerous walk-in shower. Slippery floor, step-up and step-down and glass wall that was very wobbly. Called Dreamstyle and a very nice young man came and we worked out the details of what we wanted. Next came project mgr to verify measurements were correct. Installers Robert K. and Johnathan P. came to remove and rebuild our new shower. Both installers were a pleasure to work with. They were not only nice, professional and very good at what they do. We no longer have to worry about slipping, but the best is we now have a beautiful walk-in shower.

Homework Remodels Bathroom Remodeling
A few years ago, we had several significant cracks in the plaster walls and ceilings of our 1910 Craftsman bungalow. Rod with Homework Remodels was able to fix them all in one day and even now we can't tell where his patchwork starts and ends. Having a 100+ year old home in Phoenix, we're always looking for true craftsmen that will respect the style and idiosyncrasies of older houses and not just do the quick and easy fix. Thanks, Rod!

If you are looking for an old school company that truly cares about your wants and needs then look no further. Julie walked every aisle of Floor & Decor with us offering options and advice on tile. Better Bath Remodeling Bathroom Remodeling
We got six quotes and hired Better Bath Remodeling because they were flexible with our needs and were way better priced than the others. They arrived when scheduled and worked on both of our bathrooms simultaneously. Martine was there everyday and did an amazing job. He always cleaned up after himself and was someone we knew we could trust. When we asked to change the shower doors he was very accommodating and the owner Mike was always calling us to keep us in the loop of the timeframes for completion. We could not be happier with the way they turned out, would hire them again, and also recommend them to others.

Sunset Tile & Bath Bathroom Remodeling
We used Sunset Tile & Bath for our master bathroom and now we are having them do our kitchen. They are wonderful to work with....professional, prompt and knowledgeable. They spent quality time with us to make our design decisions and then the construction process for our bathroom was carried out with the same level of service and completed on time. We highly recommend this company.

Aqua Therapy Walk In Tubs & Showers Phoenix Bathroom Remodeling
Aqua Therapy was the fourth and last contractor we consulted to redo our master bathroom. During our first meeting, I got a great feel from Derek as to his sincerity and knowledge and responsibility, and sure enough, he proved all that out. Our bathroom looks beautiful, and he was very good to work with. He was patient witih our selections even if it meant less expensive options, he always let us know what/when the next step in the project would be, and he made himself available for any questions/concerns I had. He is not like many contractors who seem too busy to take/return calls once they get your business. His crew of Jacob and George were very pleasant to have in the house too, and we always felt comfortable with them there. I recommend Aqua Therapy for the whole bath and not just a walk-in tub. They did our shower, walk-in tub, flooring, vanity, lighting, and medicine chests.

Holtzman Home Improvement Bathroom Remodeling
I want to caveat this one-star review by saying I am still hoping that Holzman does the right thing and returns our full deposit. When that happens I will gladly increase this rating.

There are a lot of good things about Holtzman and my wife and my experience with them started out very well. We chose Holtzman to remodel our bathroom due to the positive reviews they received on Yelp and Google. We received excellent service from our superintendent and, after choosing a layout and materials, we submitted our deposit so that work could get started. A tentative start date was set about two months out and we were told we’d be contacted soon with more info on the timeframe. A week went by. Then two. Then three. I emailed our superintendent multiple times with no response. I finally tracked down his cell number only to learn that he had quit the company and been told not to contact any of the people he’d been working with. We were concerned about the lack of communication at this point but decided to keep going. Our old superintendent gave us the contact info for someone at Holtzman who would reschedule us and get us a new superintendent. We were rescheduled but we wanted to ask our new superintendent about some details. So we were given his information and we emailed him. No reply. So we called him. No reply. After a month we had not had any communication with this superintendent. Then Holtzman randomly had someone come over to measure for the cabinets, though this had already been done and the guy who was doing it said that “this isn’t really my job”. Finally, we had someone knock on our door at 7am unscheduled and unannounced saying he was there to do the framing. We were all very confused as we still hadn’t spoken to the superintendent and no work had been scheduled. At this point, we lost confidence in the process. We had been left in the dark after the superintendent we liked left. The new one assigned to us was completely non-communicative. And now we had random trades coming over for no reason.

I told Holtzman that we did not want to proceed with them and would like our deposit back. They responded by saying they were going to keep $2,000 of it for salaries and work that had been completed. This confused me to say the least, since all they had done since we put the deposit down was ghost us and send random people to our house. We asked for a breakout of these expenses, which they never provided.

We had every intention of proceeding with Holtzman until the process broke down. We have not received $2,000 of value. No work was done. To the contrary, it has caused considerable wasted time and worry.

I respectfully ask Holtzman to refund our whole deposit so that I can update this review to confirm that you are a fair company who cares about customer satisfaction. Thank you.

Todd Whittaker Drywall Inc. Bathroom Remodeling
I would like to take this opportunity to thank TWD (Todd Whittaker Drywall, Inc) for another great job completed. They updated two bathrooms for me right before Christmas. Another job completed on time with the best craftsmanship, by the best craftsman and woman around.
The job was started by tearing everything out and betting everything ready for all of the new things. Isidro Ramirez and crew arrived on time and got right to work, laying down several layers of protective material on the floors. Usually this is the most dreaded part of any major rehab job. They were quick, quiet and clean. When they left after every day’s work, the work areas were all cleaned up. This was true throughout the whole job. Then it was time to frame out what was needed to be framed and install new fans, etc. Felix Farias was there. Got all of the work done early and went on to take the time to show me what he had done and how things were going to go back together. Then came the dry wall work, painting, tile and trim work.
Maria Garcia can get the dry wall up, finished and painted faster than anyone I have ever seen. Jaime Reyes and Salvador Celiz were great, paying attention to detail all the way through.
Again, great craftsmen.
Cohaco Building Specialties provided and installed all the glass and mirrors for the job. They arrived on time and got all of their work done on time and left the work sites just as clean as when they arrived.
The tub/shower walls were supplied by Patrician Marble Co. A couple adjustments had to be made to the shower walls which were taken care of quickly and with the highest level of attention to detail.
The counter tops and cabinets were installed by USP Granite LLC and Oak Tree Cabinets. Both companies did great work and are highly recommended.
All of the plumbing work was done by Bebee Plumbing. They came in and did all of the plumbing install in one day. While they were there, my water heater went out. Someone was sent out to check and see if it could be fixed. The unit had to be replaced. Bebee Plumbing sent someone out with a new unit that evening and changed out everything and I had hot water. You can’t ask for better service than that.
I would also like to give a special shout out to Donn Milton who through all of his hard work and perseverance, always keeping an eye on the schedule, kept things going. Like a well-oiled machine!
He knew how long each phase was going to take and had the next crew prepped and ready to go. All material was staged and ready to go, and there were no hold ups at all waiting on things that were needed to complete the project to arrive. He kept in constant contact with me via phone, text and email making sure everything was going well and letting me know what was going on and any updates to the schedule. A job well done!
I can not say enough about how grateful I am to TWD for the great work they have done at my house over the many years and many projects they have completed for me. They have worked in my home both when I was there and when I was gone. I trust them completely! All of their workers are of the highest standards and trust worthiness.
