Best Home Bathroom Remodeling in Phoenix AZ

This review is overdue. We've relied on Sav-On Plumbing for repairs and upgrades for a couple of years. Their customer service is always outstanding. They are easy to schedule, show up promptly, and consistently do an excellent job. I highly recommend them.

John M and Alex (?) arrived early, completed the work in less time than expected, was able to eliminate my concerns with hot water and helped prevent untimely or costly repairs. Awesome work. Stuart Myers came out the first time to look at my AC unit and wanted me to make a same day decision to replace the unit to the tune of ~$15k (the heat stopped working), cited it didn't make sense to repair and quoted a bunch of diagnostic fees, etc. I asked for an email with a few different write ups/options so I could think it over and he agreed to do so, almost 2 weeks later and I never got any of the promised write-ups via email. I reached back out to the company and requested different techs come out, they sent Carlos Padilla and Hugo (didn't get Hugo's last name). They looked at the unit and said it was misdiagnosed initially, followed through with quotes for both repair cost(s) and/or replacement via email as requested. Come to find out they had turned the AC unit off (on my roof) and never turned it back on before leaving my home. I'm unsure whether it was intentional but I have my suspicions (fishing for another service call). Needless to say I will not allow ACE back to my home, nor can I recommend them to others.

Eric assessed my system and recommended that I go forward with a replacement hvac system. I believe he did a thorough job. I was satisfied with his assessment even though it wasn’t what I wanted to hear. He gave me an estimate and compared it to a previous estimate I had received from another company and gave me advice regarding how to proceed if I go with the other company. He was very personable polite and professional.

Jimmy and his guys are the best. You will not meet better and more polite people to take care of your HVAC needs. Love these guys!

This is my third time using Valleywide plumbing and they never disappoint. The personnel are always very nice, knowledgeable, and honest.
