I am in the process of renovating my master bedroom. Part of the renovation included installing a large three panel window on my north wall. I had a small window already there. I had the contractor frame out the space in the wall for the window, but it was a weird fit because of the size and spacing of the wall. (This was an older home). I needed a custom fit window. I googled for it and Superior Glass was the first one that popped up. I gave them a call and they came over that afternoon. They provided me with a free onsite estimate that was way cheaper than I expected and ordered me a custom window that same afternoon. The following week, the installer brought the window and needed materials and installed the window in no time at all. He even cleaned up his materials and the area from the installation process and mess. It was so easy and complete. I am elated with my new windows and how painless it was to get them installed. They were a great value too! I recommend Superior Glass for all your window repair/ installation needs. They truly care about the customer and take care of you. Shane is FANTASTIC! I called him on Friday morning and he fit me in on Monday afternoon. One of my windows was off track and I couldn't open it. He fixed it in minutes. He is fair, honest, nice, efficient, and knowledgeable! Great customer service, you could ask for nothing more! Everyone else wants to sell you new windows and Shane will fix them.

Horrible company, spoke to a guy at 9:25a, stated he would call me back within an hour or less, to confirm if someone / tech would be able to come out to my home today. Never heard back. I called back at 11:31a, following up. He said a tech would be there at between 1p - 4p. No show. Called at 4:26p, a very unprofessional lady answered, sounded like I woke her from a nap. She stated the tech was on the way. Then the same guy I spoke to in the morning was in the background saying the tech is going to text you now. No show or text. Called at 7:23p. No answer. Don't waste your time with this HORRIBLE company.

I'm really surprised by these reviews. We had an issue with them breaking something on the door more than three months ago and they still have not fixed it. No one wants to call you back about it either. I literally had to go in the office and talk to the top manager and she assured me that it would be fixed right after the holiday. This is January 16th and still there has been no resolution. If you want your glass fixed go to another place

I have never had better customer service than this place. I was able to get my car tinted in a short period of time. I talked with all of the staff and everyone was especially kind to me. Christian really took good care of me and answered all of the questions I had. I had the chance to talk to the owner and they installed a custom banner on my windshield and I was super happy with how it came out. Honestly, look no further because for the price and level of customer service you won't be able to find a better place!

Super quick to contact once a claim was filed. Tech called on his way to give me a heads up and walked me through the process and what he’d be doing. Gave me direction on how to proceed these next few days. Will use again!

They were great! Super easy to schedule next day service. Biggest plus was I had a surprise appointment prior to the install. I called and they easily slid back the install an hour without completely rescheduling me (which I have had happen with other glass companies). I drive a lot, so with rocks causing cracks in my windshield, I constantly have to have glass replaced. I really appreciate their flexibility, professionalism and quick response time. I will use them again!
