This company was extraordinary! The sales man who came to take measurements and the installers were all very pleasant. They were open to any and all input we had concerning the purchase and modifications necessary during the installation of our new front doors. After the hours spent on the construction of framework, the cleanup was over in minutes. Six thumbs up from our household.

From start to finish the customer service was excellent. I received quick response to any questions, the salesman was very knowledgeable and the installers were very efficient and friendly.

We were able to get same day service on a broken window pane, as well as a window mechanism that wasn't operational. Very friendly and professional service and we would highly recommend to others.

Greg and the team at Small Improvements did a great job for us. We had 2 large 8ft x 6ft windows replaced, and wanted something that would look nice and last forever. We researched quite a few different brands and grades of windows, but ultimately decided we were most comfortable with these. We knew it would update the look of our house, but we completely underestimated the impact. We’ve had so many compliments since they’ve been in - our family is amazed.

Overall we’re very happy with our choice. The install went fine, the communication was good. When we’re ready to finish the rest of the windows in the house, we’ll probably be back.

We needed to replace an irregular octogonal skylight. Freelite provided us with a custom solution that they installed without any problem. All that for what I consider to be a very reasonable price. I would recommend them without any reticence.

We absolutely love our new window! The installation was perfect. The new window fit right in like with a shoehorn, and it was an arched window too. Noise level cut considerably. We would recommend this very professional company!

The window install is finished and the final results are satisfactory. The installation went OK, but Lasting Impressions ran short of workers during the process and a few days there were not enough people to perform some of the heavy lifting. Removal of the old windows left more of gap in the old stucco on the outside that I was hoping, but the old windows were installed in a manner may have contributed to that. The crew did an OK job repairing the stucco and sealing the gap, though ... so all is well in the end.

There was more dust raised than I hoped. The crew did place plastic around the window opening during the phase where they made some cuts, but still a lot of dust. On the inside wood floors, the crew did not place enough protective coverings down and some minor scratches and foot traffic with caulking compound were evident on the wood floors ... but, we were able to clean it up OK. But the crew could have done a better job placing protective covering down.

Overall, Lasting Impressions provided a good price for the windows and with the exception of taking longer to do the install than originally estimated (due to manpower shortages), the experience was good. With a bit more care protecting flooring, I would raise the rating a notch.

We recently had 3 sliding patio doors ordered and installed by IllumiNation and couldn’t be happier! They listened to our needs and weren’t looking to confuse us with a hidden agenda or bizarre pricing, like several other companies had already done. We worked out a deal very fast because the proposal they sent was extremely detailed and professional. They also made changes in a snap and are responsive. We chose to purchase doors made by Western Window Systems (a Phoenix-based manufacturer). The installation was professional, fast and flawless! They patched and painted things surrounding the removed doors, caused no harm whatsoever to the home, had a big team and worked happy and quickly - it honestly was a joy! We absolutely loved working with the team at IllumiNation and will be doing more windows soon with them, now that we know how excellent their work is. Highly Recommended!

There was a bird that slammed into my living room window today. It startled me, but knocked the hell out of the bird. It's been an ongoing issue, I don't know how to stop it. Y'all need to find a way to stop it from happening. I don't want a broken window, or a dead bird in my yard.

This was a Fantastic experience from start to finish. We had several roofing companies come out to give us estimates and tried to talk us into their more expensive products and time frames were 9-12 weeks. We got in touch with Castiler Roofing and spoke with Alex who pulled satellite as we were on the phone and was able to look at our patio roof and give me a real time quote on the phone. He let me know they could have this done in one day and that it would be a week out and he would call me. He followed up with pictures of a similar home/job they did and called me the day he said he would to tell me that his guys would be out the next day. Yonathan and his crew showed up, got their materials, and got everything done. They were unbelievably professional and explained what they were doing, made recommendations for what really needed to be done and worked the entire day getting everything done. It was a GREAT job, exactly what we needed, and the guys cleaned everything before they left. Alex and Yonathan were both very knowledgeable, professional, and did exactly what they said they were going to do. They really listened to what I was asking them for and delivered. The next day after working with Alex was amazing getting our roof inspection report and invoices. I would recommend this company hands down and plan on working with them in the future.

Terrible experience and horrible quality with literally ZERO response to our emails and calls.

We ordered and paid the price of a new car for two gray sliders. The crew even had grey caulk/sealant and trim to match the grey doors they were supposed to install.

The doors are 100% brown and look terrible. You can see the brown door vs grey sealant and grey “trim” in the pictures, against the two shades of grey in our house DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They will extract money and literally never call you back.

Not professional I don't recommend this company, not on the time,not responsive,
