Very happy with my two new shower doors! We had shower curtains in two bathrooms and decided to upgrade. True View was recommended to me by a friend who did a whole-house window replacement with them and was thrilled with the service. I stopped by the showroom and received excellent service from Kristin. She worked with me from start to finish. Wes came out to do the initial measurements and was very professional and friendly. Saul and Raul did the actual install and they were great too! I'm very particular with work done on my house and they were very patient with all my questions and concerns. Impressive. Our installers were on time, diligent and courteous. The product is truly superior and high end. We looked for replacement windows for a long time and I felt let down with the high maintenance of wood and cheapness of vinyl. Aluminum was what I thought was the most sturdy and effective but with the heat transference, that was problematic. Enter GLASS FIBER extrusion.

Opt for the Awning and or Casement upgrade which is WELL WORTH it! We used to have a slider with the center post and thought none the less of it until Greg the owner explained to us how the awning would transform the view and it did!! Could not be happier.

On the inside it is as if there was no cutting or installation done other than the new windows and outside was far less cutting onto existing stucco than I'd anticipated. Very clean and professional look.

Lastly price. Well... you get what you pay for right? BUT!! The price was less than I'd expected so my wife and I could not be more happy.

As a consumer we all try to get the most out of the dollars we invest and hope to garner more value than the price paid. Most of the time companies fall short but these guys have exceeded our expectations.

Professional service from all, from phone calls to service everyone was and had a professional manner which isn’t seen as much these days in other places. Christie answered all my questions without hesitation. I was told the repair would be 45 minutes but they had it done in less than that. So glad I found this company for I’m sure I’ll be back. Good price Great workmanship on time professional service. Cannot stress how pleased I am. I did not discover them until after I ordered some windows elsewhere. They have delivered and installed before the other company and I ordered after the other company. I have an automatic skylight and 14 windows installed. 90 percent complete in one day. They will finish up tomorrow.

We had new shower doors put in 3 bathrooms. Phil showed up when he said he would, did a fantastic job and didn't charge me an arm and a leg for it. Very professional company. I will be referring them to all of my friends and family.

Not much inventory on hand. Research property window transporting and bring plenty of blankets, straps, etc. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

My tile/shower guy has used them for a number of years as his glass company to go with on showers. I as a general contractor always have trusted my guy to get it done which he always has. I have also referred clatyon glass to anyone contractor or homeowner asking for a solid referral. I finally give them a call myself because my tile guy is running behind on work and am told I am not on there current list of contractor and they won't deal with me right now. I am told they are not taking on new contractors which I am not I try to explain the situation and it is obvious they frankly don't care. It doesn't matter I was told unfortunately I am not in the system BUT if my tile guy calls they will deal with him when they have the time. It is unfortunate they do good work but apparently when times are good they don't care about the little guy is how I took it even though behind the scenes I have been dealing with them for years.

Dustin from the Phoenix office came to our house which is a bit more then an hours drive to show and explain the windows and all the features also aided my wife and I as to which window would work best from our home. We live in an area that is always cooler the Phoenix which we get snow during the winter months. Installation was quick and the crew was very professional while doing their job. We had 8 windows replaced of various sizes and all look great. My wife is particularly happy as she won’t have clean the windows for a bit since the crew did that job before they left. The crew also left the house as clean if not cleaner then it was when they arrived. Should you need windows or doors replaced I’d suggest to look no farther. We did that shopping and Lei charged less then the “other” company was quoting us.

Renewal by Andersen is the Best of the Best when it comes to windows! Will, the team leader, Arthur and Joey showed up on time and we’re done ahead of schedule. Will gave very comprehensive instructions on how to use and clean the windows as well as the warranties. It was worth the cost for such high quality windows. My place is already so quiet compared to before and I can feel how much cooler it is! I will use them for my sliding glass door too!

I was excited about getting a new shower. The sales team was great, the installation was incomplete, but after some prompting a different installer came and made the installation right.

Illumination is a dream maker. We have wanted a door system for 2 years and Anthony (owner) and his team made it happen. I did quite a bit of research before going with Illumination. Anthony was honest and fair. The crew was always on time and cleaned the area every evening. I was told the entire job would take 1 week and it only took 1 week. Anthony was on site multiple times to make sure everything was going as planned. I would highly recommend this company to everyone!!
