The installers David and Donovan were fantastic! Very Professional and make a great team. The install was smooth and they were more than happy to help move things inside away from the windows as needed. We have plantation shutters and they were able to install without removing them - which was a huge bonus (some companies require you to have a third party remove the shutters during install and that can cost a bunch$$$ - and they never quite go back on perfectly). The new windows are spotless and Very happy with the install.

Great company with a great product. We saved several hundred dollars and were able to get new energy efficient windows which will pay for themselves over the next couple of years. Service and installation were excellent. Would recommend them to my mother!

After having consistent issues with our 20yr old windows we decided replacing was the only option. We had several contractors provide quotes and decided to move forward with Freelite. Red Rock windows provided the same exact windows of other companies for $2000 less. Because the windows must be custom made, you cannot expect to place an order today and have them installed tomorrow. As soon as the windows were in, delivery and installation were scheduled. We were impressed with the installation contractor Red Rock used. If we ever have another window or door to be replaced, we will be using this company again.

While out of town, a window broke at my tenants' rental, Roberto showed up and fixed the damage on his word. I paid him a day later as agreed, but the point being you rarely get a contractor to lift a finger without immediate payment. Much respect for R&J Glass, honest people are hard to find.

I locked myself out of my workshop outback, before I gave it too much thought I tried to pick the lock myself using YouTube tutorials, and ended up breaking the window to get in. Then I realized just how extensively I had damaged the lock and window by breaking in. I was so sure I'd be paying a bunch of money to a locksmith and glass repair company to get them fixed, that when my brother told me about a shop that did both I was so relieved. I thought it'd cost an arm and a leg to get them done separately so I figured if I could save one or the other by using a2z service pros, I then it'd worth it.

Let me just say that the technician was very kind and didn't even laugh, (despite a hilarious situation) and got the window fixed and the lock replaced in no time. I barely felt a dent in my wallet and I will be contacting them anytime I need handyman! They really do provide services from A to Z!

From the sales experience to installation - 5 star rating - the windows are beautiful, have done everything we expected and the installation crew were fast, did a great job and left no mess behind. Highly recommend for pricing in addition to quality of product and install. Interviewed 7 companies and their pricing was the best.

I cannot praise their customer service highly enough. We asked them to come out thinking that we needed to replace our Windows. John, their representatives promptly told us that they our windows were good quality and that it was likely the installation that was faulty that should solve our problems. They didn't try to sell us windows that we didn't need. The instead visit was immediately followed by a call from Tony, the head of customer service, giving us the name of two glass repair companies that could help us solve our problem. Unbelievable service. When we actually need new windows, they will be the company that we call, for sure.
