I have a vacation rental in Phoenix and needed some repairs done fast. Superior Replacement repaired a sliding glass door and the replaced the glass the very next day from making the call.

The entire experience start to finish was perfection. Joe our Job Coordinator was spot on with all the answers he provided. The product itself exceeds our expectations, we can’t hear noise outside, our house like brand new. We couldn’t be happier. Our install crew led by Wryder was polite, professional, clean, and detail oriented. Should be zero stars. Dishonest company. 3 estimates that kept increasing the price. No communication. Didn't deliver when promised. Warning. Do not use this company.

Great staff super friendly and will take care of you

We had an incredible experience from start to finish with Illumination Window and Door. The sales person came out and was very knowledgeable and helped us with design and ideas. We then met him at the showroom to see the different products and make a final decision.
The owner Anthony came out to measure and look at what type of support beam would need to be added. We felt confident in the entire team.

The installers showed up at the scheduled time and were very professions and nice. They put dust barriers up to protect the house then went to work. They had estimated 5 days but completed in 3 days. They matched the pop outs and moved our electrical around so that it looks like it was always part of the house. The sliding glass doors open up our kitchen and family room to our outside living area, pool and waterfall. It makes our house seem much bigger and we love the new look and feel. We went with the La Cantina doors and from a product standpoint they are awesome.

I am very impressed with Illumination, the team and process. I would definitely recommend them!!

Scott helped me get my roof replaced. Him and his company battled with my insurance company to get it done right.

I can't say enough great things about our experience with R&J Glass. We had three different companies come out to quote replacing all of our old, single pane windows with double pane. R&J Glass was not only the most cost effective, but the most responsive and timely. They were available to come by the house, and provided a quote a few days later. Throughout the entire process, we were always alerted of the timing for each step. When our windows arrived, we were alerted, and all 11 windows were installed in one day. The team was incredibly respectful and efficient. I can't recommend this company enough, we will be referring them to all of our friends & family with glass or window replacement needs.

I locked myself out of my workshop outback, before I gave it too much thought I tried to pick the lock myself using YouTube tutorials, and ended up breaking the window to get in. Then I realized just how extensively I had damaged the lock and window by breaking in. I was so sure I'd be paying a bunch of money to a locksmith and glass repair company to get them fixed, that when my brother told me about a shop that did both I was so relieved. I thought it'd cost an arm and a leg to get them done separately so I figured if I could save one or the other by using a2z service pros, I then it'd worth it.

Let me just say that the technician was very kind and didn't even laugh, (despite a hilarious situation) and got the window fixed and the lock replaced in no time. I barely felt a dent in my wallet and I will be contacting them anytime I need handyman! They really do provide services from A to Z!

Sevy and his team at A Pro Windows and Doors have again done a great job sealing my doors and windows at home. When others wanted to sell me new windows, he was honest, explained the problem, and fixed the problems quickly and inexpensively. I have used Sevy's services many times over the years and have never had a problem whether it was my house or my commercial building, or my RV. I have not found a problem that he couldn't handle. From the initial quote to the installation, Imperial Windows did an excellent job with our home. We had 12 windows and a patio door completed. Ken was great with sales and showed technical knowledge of the windows. He was honest and provided immediate response to my questions prior to contract. John, the owner kept us up to date on manufacture shipping times. The installers were wonderful and completed the job efficiently and were very clean. I would definitely recommend this company.

Sent in an information form to Anderson and received a call right back. Seems Good...Think not. Customer Service Rep was going to send me an catalog via email and have someone call me for an in home appointment. Neither happened so I called Pella and am moving in that direction. Guess they have more business then they need.

Terrible Experience the guy that replaced the window didn't put the correct window or tint. Never once mentioned he would have a problem doing the job. Took advantage of the situation and did not return as he said he would to fix his mistake. Very dishonest company I would be very cautious. This can be perceived as misleading, deceptive and can be considered False advertisement. ? I think your company should do a bit more research before conducting business.
