I had a small rear side window on my Jaguar that wouldn't go up or down when the power convertible top was raised or lowered. The window was in the down position so I looked online and found Power Window Repair. I was impressed with how detailed the website is and learned several things about power window regulators that were interesting. I contacted PWR and was able to get a same-day appointment in the shop. The time it took was what I was told it would be and the price was exactly what I'd been quoted. I was treated with professionalism and would highly recommend Power Window Repair to others.

I am terrible about remembering to write these, but I really wanted to make sure I wrote one for Shane. I used his services earlier this year for new window screens and a quote on a new patio screen door; I could not have been more pleased. When I saw Veteran Owned, I definitely at least wanted to get a quote, but as soon as I met him, I just had a really good feeling about him. He looked over everything I wanted done, and even said he'd be able to tune up my sliding glass patio door! Every concern, he had a solution for. He even told me 'I could tell you you need this and that, but you don't. You don't need new unless you really want them.' You rarely ever get that kind of honesty! I think I had one more quote that I was getting, but when he left, I just knew that I was gonna go with him. And I could not be happier with the work he did. He put new screens on my window, new screen in my screen door & tuned it up (rather than talking me into a brand new one!), and tuned up my patio door as well, and all for an absolutely reasonable price.

He works hard, he communicates, he's honest & polite; if you don't call him for at least a quote, you're missing out on an opportunity to work with and support a great business.

Also, for sure gave his information to a friend when she needed some repairs, and to my mom when her patio screen door was damaged. And I will continue to refer him to anyone I can!

Had a rock hit my windshield. All services taken care of with windshield replacement. They are approved by StateFarm insurance so they set up the conference call to approve replacement. All I had to do was sign the paperwork. It was that easy. Technicians call before arrival. They are neat clean and friendly. Office staff Was very accommodating. I have no problem referring them for auto glass needs.

Clayton, from Star Glass Company, arrived on time and quickly went to work to remove the damaged windshield, and to install a new one. In addition Clayton reinstalled an aftermarket front view camera.
I was impressed with his work ethic and professionalism. He made sure that the auto interior was free from any debris from the removal, and cleaned the windshield both inside and out.
I would recommend both Star Glass and Clayton to anyone needing glass repair / replacement.

I needed a broken window replaced ASAP. I texted their number in the morning, they confirmed availability, got my info and within hours Neil came to my job and the window was replaced. He called when he was on his way, came in and introduced himself, and cleaned everything up after he was done. All of this for a better price than safelight. I couldn't have asked for much more for them.

They did an outstanding job of replacing my cracked windshield with a nicely tinted new windshield. They also fixed some rust damage at the seam that could have caused an unsafe condition in my 11 year old vehicle.

I was looking for a windshield repair when I was referred to phoenix Mobile auto glass by my neighbor. He used them to replace his window last weekend and he said they were great. I had 2 small cracks and they fixed them and saved me from replacing the whole thing.

David spoke with my insurance company to set it all up with no hassle and the technician Richard came to install my windshield. The prior windshield replacement company I used had messed up the moldings on my vehicle, Richard was extremely thorough and replaced my moldings with factory parts and did my windshield all at the same time. Richard did a fantastic job on my windshield but also left my dashboard cleaner then before he started. Safepro is an excellent company that I would most certainly recommend. Thank you Safepro!
