Greg and the team at Small Improvements did a great job for us. We had 2 large 8ft x 6ft windows replaced, and wanted something that would look nice and last forever. We researched quite a few different brands and grades of windows, but ultimately decided we were most comfortable with these. We knew it would update the look of our house, but we completely underestimated the impact. We’ve had so many compliments since they’ve been in - our family is amazed.

Overall we’re very happy with our choice. The install went fine, the communication was good. When we’re ready to finish the rest of the windows in the house, we’ll probably be back.

Shattered a bedroom window and these guys came out and had it replaced same day! I plan on calling them to replace all my single pane windows with low e glass in the future. 5 stars!

Dependable Glass was contracted again for my glass projects. I purposely requested The Brothers Lance and Sean for my glass installation. They did an amazing job installing the shower door enclosure, 2 vanity mirrors, and a glass sliding barn door. They are very meticulous about making sure the products are aligned perfectly straight. I will definitely request their service in the future.

Perfect experience. I needed a custom piece of glass cut to fit the top of the desk. The price was reasonable, the product was ready in the timeframe stated, and the quality of the product was better than I expected. I would definitely use again and recommend to others.

They are ok for replacement windows. Some of the windows were poorly installed. Update they came and fixed the windows. Still, one leaks so bad its starting to ruin the wood ledge. Contact Frances on july 15th sent her a e mail of the damage never contacted me back. I called her back 10 days later said she call back at mid day and never heard from her. save your money and go somewhere else. Funny thing is when they came to fix the window the first time they blamed the bad install on a guy who doesn't work for the company anymore. So from 3 star to 1 star. Another update had a guy come in and say all the windows were not squared in and have to be taken out and readjusted, and the windows were not even attached to the house. After 2 years, the window still leaks. When my wife noticed the leak, the caulk was mixed in with the water. Our 4-month-old puppy began to drink the water.
