Best Rear Windows in Phoenix AZ

I saw one of the vehicles for power window repair while I driving on the 202 and a few days later my right front window regulator broke, rolled down but would not go back up. I am a mechanical break down inspector, in other words if you buy an extended warranty on your vehicle and that insurance company questions repairs I go out and verify failure or not so I deal with almost all Dealers and many independent shops through out the valley.I went around and got estimates and all were between $400 and $600 to repair. I went on line and found parts to repair for about $150 to $300 I thought I would just do it myself, figured it would take a few hours and I would save money.I went to order parts and found they would actually cost me about $200.00 to $250.00. While I was looking for parts I noticed Power Window Repair was listed in my search and remembered there billboard wrapped vehicle. I checked there reviews and there were a few that were negative and couple for there location,, so even though I was skeptical I called and was quoted a price of $202 I asked if the motor was needed how much more and he said it was included.Any to make a long story shorter I set up an appointment for the next day and arrived slightly late. They already had a repaired window regulator with steel rollers not plastic and completed repair in about 35 minutes. The window now operates properly and is more quite than before.While I was waiting I peaked into shop and saw two guys that were repairing window regulators and upgrading when possible. I was thinking as I watched that very few people today know how to repair items like this they just replace with new at an excessive cost.Thank you so muchKen Cordova

Amazing company fast response friendly staff

You know, you don’t think anything about getting a small crack on your mobile glass here in Phoenix. I know I didn’t. Then we had that first winter rain, and the crack started growing. It finally got to the point I had to get the entire glass replaced. I called this shop and took care of the glass issue.

Where do I start? I contacted Randy to fix my passenger window which he did show up to fix the same day, but after only a day my window did not want to work. I contacted him right away which he scheduled an appointment to re fix my window, but never showed up. I tried contacting him for two weeks straight after and still no response. Finally he showed up to my job to fix the window two weeks later, which he didn't even fix because I contacted him right away about the window not working and he told me he would show up a week after which he never did. I'm no longer going to bother with RANDY, I am reporting this bussiness to the business bureau. FYI the reason why people have given this business 5 stars is because Randy tells his costumers to rate him 5 starts in order to enter a drawing where you might win $50. My window is still not working even though I have life warranty pshhh yeah right and I'm out $185. Id rate him ZERO stars, but that's not an option and yes I have the right business. See you in the small claims court!

Worst place ever to replace your windshield go to satellite and save yourself some trouble!

This company is the epitome of customer service. Every single time I've had to get a windshield replaced they not only did a great job but their techs were personable. Their work is also top notch! You won't find a better auto-glass company.

I had a window fixed once at a car wash. Huge mistake. I have been getting solicitation calls from this company constantly, for years - I can't get them to stop no matter how many times I ask. It's the biggest nuisance ever and I would have rather paid more to have a window repaired than to be subjected to ongoing and unwanted calls (despite being on the do not call registry)

Fantastic experience - they drove to my office all the way down to south Phoenix, and did a wonderful job sealing the back window of a classic. Everyone was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. A++

Can't get anyone to answer a phone or return an email for 2 weeks now.

Quoted a price over the phone and brought car in the next day. Very courteous and the install was quick. Thank you.
