Had both rear window regulators replaced, BMW 328i, a few days ago so I will update the review in 6 to 8 months, to let you know how they're working. This service was amazing. The tech came to the house and explained everything. If your window regulator breaks and you need it repaired properly, I highly recommend this company.The owner saved me 50% over the service department and instead of waiting all day, was home with my family. They were accommodating to my schedule and fit the appointment in same day, even though it was a bit after hours. They really do want your business!The person who made the repair was friendly and knowledgeable. He educated me about the part that broke and demonstrated a high level of competence while providing excellent customer service.

This is a great place to go if you are looking to get a windshield replaced! I needed this done quickly, as I have a busy schedule, and they were able to get me in the day I called. It took no more than an hour and a half to replace the windshield. I spoke with Joseph on the phone and he was very prompt and professional. I appreciated him looking up how much a repair would be before I proceeded with the work. He was very accommodating and I’m incredibly grateful for having one less thing to worry about, as I had a tight schedule. My technician was Luis Pacheco, and he was courteous, able to answer any questions I had, and made my car look new again. I appreciated his work, and my car looks gorgeous! This place was clean, offered coffee and doughnuts, and had magazines to read during the wait. I thought it was neat how there was a large picture and autograph from Steve Jobs in the waiting area. It shows that the company is big on work ethic, innovation and growth if they are promoting Steve Jobs. That said a lot to me. I would recommend this place to anyone!

They have replaced many of my windshields over the years. After my windshield replacement and my car being pulled to the front my car died due to a dead battery and one of the guys jumped my car so I could get home. Super greatful for that. They have very fair prices, fast service and do a great job. Thank you guys! I won't ever go to anyone else.

I was given a quote over the phone and it was exactly what they said it was going to be. They didn't have any other fees added to it, in fact taxes were even included. Hell I was only there for 45 minutes maybe. I was so happy I gave them a $30 tip first time ever for me! I went there waiting for a fight and I was the one that up the cost

I enjoyed my experience with the Auto Glass Clinic staff. Very professional and knowledgeable. To my surprise not only did Gibson waive my $50 insurance deductible, he also installed my driver side window pretty quick. I was in and out of there in no time.
