Best Phoenix Windshield Repair in Phoenix AZ

Found Sunny State Glass through Google and I am so glad I did. Dwayne was responsive and provided the best options to replace a broken window. Came out, took measurements ordered glass. Requires 50% deposit to order, 10 days later he was back to install the window. Very happy with the job and the customer service.

The experience was above expectation. I received a quote in advance and that was my total out the door. My repair was completed so quickly. I arrived early ( approx 45 min) expecting there to be a wait. There were two customers before me and they were still able to complete my repair before my scheduled time. They even cleaned the adhesive from when I taped my window at no additional charge.

10/10 would recommend!!

I am terrible about remembering to write these, but I really wanted to make sure I wrote one for Shane. I used his services earlier this year for new window screens and a quote on a new patio screen door; I could not have been more pleased. When I saw Veteran Owned, I definitely at least wanted to get a quote, but as soon as I met him, I just had a really good feeling about him. He looked over everything I wanted done, and even said he'd be able to tune up my sliding glass patio door! Every concern, he had a solution for. He even told me 'I could tell you you need this and that, but you don't. You don't need new unless you really want them.' You rarely ever get that kind of honesty! I think I had one more quote that I was getting, but when he left, I just knew that I was gonna go with him. And I could not be happier with the work he did. He put new screens on my window, new screen in my screen door & tuned it up (rather than talking me into a brand new one!), and tuned up my patio door as well, and all for an absolutely reasonable price.

He works hard, he communicates, he's honest & polite; if you don't call him for at least a quote, you're missing out on an opportunity to work with and support a great business.

Also, for sure gave his information to a friend when she needed some repairs, and to my mom when her patio screen door was damaged. And I will continue to refer him to anyone I can!

Horrible company, spoke to a guy at 9:25a, stated he would call me back within an hour or less, to confirm if someone / tech would be able to come out to my home today. Never heard back. I called back at 11:31a, following up. He said a tech would be there at between 1p - 4p. No show. Called at 4:26p, a very unprofessional lady answered, sounded like I woke her from a nap. She stated the tech was on the way. Then the same guy I spoke to in the morning was in the background saying the tech is going to text you now. No show or text. Called at 7:23p. No answer. Don't waste your time with this HORRIBLE company.

I was recommended here by my close friend who had a very satisfying experience with Topline. They are one of the only auto glass companies that have a pay up front rebate policy and were very straightforward on and off the phone. Greatly appreciate their services and will be back again if needed!

I called a collision repair shop to get a recommendation for auto glass replacement, and the person said they always use Reliable Glass. The customer service person I spoke to made it very quick and easy, she even made a three-way call with my insurance. One call and it was done. Steven called me to say he could come earlier, and my glass was replaced ahead of schedule. He was experienced, efficient, and took his time to make sure everything was perfect.

Had my windshield replaced two days ago. Was beyond lucky to have Star Glass referred to me! On time, extremely professional and personable. Not to mention the quality of work is perfect. My repair man was Clayton, I would 10/10 recommend this company to anyone for all of they’re auto class needs!!

I was in a little over my head when I tried repairing the window on my daughter's car by myself. I contacted Phoenix Power Window, they quoted me the best price I could find, and they came out the next day. The technician did an excellent job of replacing the regulator/motor and putting everything back together that I had taken apart. I made the job a lot harder for the technician than it needed to be, but he was still professional and I appreciate that. Thank you for your excellent service!

Technician did a great job paying attention to detail. He even called in advance that he could come early which really helped out my packed schedule for the day. Amazing job giving me all details since it was my first go around on a windshield replacement. Very knowledgeable too. Drew did a great job getting me scheduled asap and Phil did a great job coming way early and replacing my windshield.

Luis and another guy were out this morning replacing my windshield. Couldn’t be happier with the install and the price I paid for the quality service. Not to mention a lifetime warranty on the glass. I had to get my front passenger window fixed since it shattered, got the best quote for it here than any other place in laveen. I also got my driver side window motor replaced quickly. The service was great and i paid much less than other places were trying to charge. Really happy about coming here since they both came with 90 day warranty and i definitely recommend this place to others.

First of all Daniel and Aaron were awesome and this is why I'm giving 3 stars.
However Ricki the office person leaves a lot to be desired and is rude.
Sorry but I would NOT recommend this company to my friends unless they get Aaron and Daniel. They were very nice and professional and got the job done quickly.
