Desert King did a good job of installing windows. They were prompt in sales, measuring, and delivery of the windows. However, they were late every day of the install and I was quoted two days for the install and it took five days. They were scheduled to start at 7:00-8:00 am and did not arrive until 10:30 on the first day. Second day said they would start at 6:30 and showed up at 8:30 and went home by 3:30. That were on time the third and fourth days. Quality install and cleanup just not as timely as expected.

The sales rep was knowledgeable and answered questions honestly.
He was on time which I insist upon since I was in the remodeling sales There was a minor issue when the installation took place but in less than 20 hours a new window was made and installed the next morning at 8AM.

Brian Wills of AZ Valley Windows came to the house, showed us a number of options, and even provided us with photos of our actual door with the doors we were considering. This came in handy for the POA approval. The door came a few weeks early, and the installers were very polite, professional, cleaned up after themselves. The new door is beautiful and installed correctly.

There’s a very good reason reason why this guy has a five star rating with that many reviews. He’s honest and straightforward. Too bad he doesn’t service our area otherwise we would’ve absolutely going with him.

This is a great company to do business with. I was very impressed with the installer. He did an excellent job and would recommend this company. They don't use subcontractors .

VERY pleased with the service Jason has provided. I needed an emergency window replaced for my business and Jason was able to board it up immediately. Other companies had been giving me 3-4+ week estimates for glass replacement and he was able to get the job done in less than a week and a half. I will definitely use Econ Windows for any future jobs! Highly recommend!

Worked with the owner Thomas to replace our double front and side doors. He did selection, quote, and installation. Very pleased with outcome. Does great work.

It was a very pleasant experience from the sales to the installation. Dustin (sales) went above and beyond helping me move furniture and take down blinds. The installation crew was punctual, polite and did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. Not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. I would definitely recommend.

I can ‘t even start to explain how badly you want to avoid this company! They have zero professionalism, zero customer service, zero follow up, zero, communication, zero care for your family’s safety and zero care for you once they have your money. We waited over 7 weeks to have French doors installed only to have the installers come out and leave our home wrecked, damaged and a fire hazard. The installer who spoke very little English did the best to explain to me that the doors were too big and they wouldn’t fit..and left. WE HAVE NOT HEARD ANYTHING FROM THE COMPANY IN OVER 2 WEEKS! You make calls to the company a customer service rep tells you someone will be back with us in 24 hours to explain what happened, next steps and where we go from here. NOPE! NO COMMUNICATION WHATSOEVER FROM THE CORPORATION. Our Sales Rep Matt did respond to my texts, but he can do nothing on the installation, construction end of things. They have our money and that’s all they care about. Meanwhile, we have a huge hole in our back wall, a sliding glass door and screen that doesn’t open without force (Fire Hazard) and absolutely no idea when we are going to get the French doors we paid over $7,000 for! Do not let them fool you or pull the wool over your eyes with their whole JD Power and Associates ratings! They do not care and they have absolutely no idea what customer service or customer care is! BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE!

The installation team was on time and finished earlier than expected. Will, Nautica, and Alfredo were professional, and the areas where they worked are spotless. My new windows are perfect, and Will showed me how to use them and jeep them in good condition. Highly recommend.

I am a local insurance broker that sends all of my glass claims to Universal Glass. They are very responsive and don't leave any job unfinished. Try them out!

This is the second windshield I have had replaced by Best Glass. The staff is professional and the technicians do excellent work. Jay Moreno was the main tech that installed my windshield. The vehicle is a Lexus RX350 which has a camera mounted on the inside of the windshield. They lined everything up perfect and it is like new again. With an assistants help they had the entire job done in less than an hour. I'm very happy with the service provided by Best Glass.

Phil did a great job replacing a broken window for me. As an out-of-state landlord, sometimes it's hard to know who to turn to for repairs but Phil came recommended. His price was fair and it was worth every penny knowing I could trust him to handle the job and any obstacles my tenant might put in the way. He was responsive and professional.

They came out to give us ideas on a custom barn door at the bottom of my stairway. They provided a design, 2 estimates and hardware options. The project was installed and we couldn't be happier.

Ryan and Miguel were efficient, clean (left the place cleaner than when they arrived), there was no dust when they worked, and they were thorough and polite. It was fun to watch how harmonious they worked together. The windows and doors make the house look new!

Dan & Kage did a great job installing my sliding door. This is the second sliding door that they’ve installed for me and I am more than pleased with the quality of work and the doors themselves.

Terrible experience and horrible quality with literally ZERO response to our emails and calls.

We ordered and paid the price of a new car for two gray sliders. The crew even had grey caulk/sealant and trim to match the grey doors they were supposed to install.

The doors are 100% brown and look terrible. You can see the brown door vs grey sealant and grey “trim” in the pictures, against the two shades of grey in our house DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They will extract money and literally never call you back.
