We had a wonderful experience with AZ Valley Windows. They completed our homes window installations ahead of schedule. Everything was perfect, the quote the price and the service. If you need your windows replaced for your home we strongly recommend calling them and getting an estimate, it was free! They had wonderful customer service and they were able to answer all of our questions about our homes new windows and the replacement process. I will use them for the other Phoenix homes I own when I need to replace my windows.

Greg is a top notch pro. He not only knows windows but housing construction. This was evident when he offered a creative solution to the installation of a large over the sink kitchen window. We replaced 11 windows and had a new patio door installed. Greg worked hand in hand with our general contractor on the door install which was a great help.
The install crew worked efficiently and always cleaned up at the end of the day. They showed up on time and were friendly.

My 12 year old son plays soccer on our patio and he accidentally slammed his ball into our back window. I was in desperate need to find a company to repair it quickly. After searching a few different glass companies I was happy to find Superior Replacement Windows. A technician came out to our house within the hour. They where fast and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend them and we will be using them in the future.

Several weeks ago I had a cracked windshield and contacted Best Glass to schedule a repair. I've been using them for over 15yrs and always receive excellent customer service. On the day of service I received a call from Ron/repairman, he advised of his arrival time. He showed up early, which was great - very friendly and professional. Once he removed the damaged windshield, he notice that there was a part missing (brackets to hold rubber seal in place to prevent leaking). Apparently the shop where I had the windshield replaced several years ago (while in CA) left that part off and just glued the windshield to the frame of the vehicle...not good...so glad I didn't have any problems. Ron said he wanted to do the job right, so he called around to find the part, went to get it, and completed the job. He went above and beyond...excellent job Ron! In addition, I wasn't charged for additional parts or fuel and time to retrieve them. I highly recommend Best Glass.

We have Power windows and Window World windows. Believe me. Please go with Window World! The extra expense for Power and their “spells” windows isn’t much of a difference or valid. However, choose for yourself.

We hired Lasting Impressions last year to do the back half of our home windows and were overall very pleased. Their Salesman, Jeff Boshoven, is awesome, detail oriented and a great, upbeat personality. The drawback was they only do install, not after install clean up of the stucco/paint. So we had to find someone else to perform that which we felt was odd. Their customer service was great, Lori even got my windows all registered with Milgard and was a delight to work with.

Fast forward to this year and we decided to go ahead and do the front half of the house realizing pricing is going up! This time we got more bids and, while Lasting Impressions was not the cheapest, we felt comfortable with them and their great customer service. Jeff once again came out, took measurements and did all his part flawlessly! The install had issues. The guys spent all day on one window. They were banging and trying to jimmy it in so hard, they broke it. Don't understand why they just shave the frame a bit to accommodate the window. The interior detail was lacking this time too, poor caulking and touch up work. They ripped another windows screen.

The replacement window arrived and was installed, but the young man said he was not there to fix the touch up work. So we called Jeff who came over. We pointed out another window that looked odd; hard to tell because it is high up. Jeff said it needs to be repaired and would have the office get on it. We said okay and stupidly paid him, believing all would be done like before. Nope!

Lori, who we had worked with so well the first time now was nonresponsive. I had been asking about the window serial numbers so i could register them and the ripped screen and defective window. Finally, I emailed Jeff and got a reply from someone else. Appears Jeff no longer works there (shocking since he's the only one responsive). Lori sent a snarky email saying I had just sent my email on Friday and she had taken a day off. Well I had actually sent the email 10 days earlier... it all spiraled out of control. Karen stepped in and got our new windows registered, and advised Jeff had put in a repair request on the defective window prior to his departure, he also go the screen replaced.

Now that Jeff is gone and seeing how customer service has gone downhill, we do not recommend Lasting Impressions... their only priority is getting paid. Bummer because we had liked them. We are still awaiting the defective window being fixed... but Lasting Impressions is paid in full so they don't care!

Great experience! Sales team was very helpful. Install was scheduled to take 5 days, but finished in 3. Product is fantastic.

I recently had a new roof installed by Phoenix Roofing and I feel I have the best looking roof in the neighborhood!
I was impressed with each of the representatives that worked on my roof issue. They were polite and very respectful of my home and my time from the initial salesperson all the way down to the roofing team that installed the roof. They met with me and answered all my questions and explained what the process would involve and how long it would take and what to expect. This was important to me as I had never filed a claim before. They met with my insurance company representative when he came out for his inspecton. The installation date was set and done on time.
If you want your job done right and no hassles this is the right company. 5 Stars on all counts.

I locked myself out of my workshop outback, before I gave it too much thought I tried to pick the lock myself using YouTube tutorials, and ended up breaking the window to get in. Then I realized just how extensively I had damaged the lock and window by breaking in. I was so sure I'd be paying a bunch of money to a locksmith and glass repair company to get them fixed, that when my brother told me about a shop that did both I was so relieved. I thought it'd cost an arm and a leg to get them done separately so I figured if I could save one or the other by using a2z service pros, I then it'd worth it.

Let me just say that the technician was very kind and didn't even laugh, (despite a hilarious situation) and got the window fixed and the lock replaced in no time. I barely felt a dent in my wallet and I will be contacting them anytime I need handyman! They really do provide services from A to Z!

Preferred Home did an excellant install on 7 windows at my home. They masked inside the home to prevent dust from coming inside . The work was professional with attention to detail and pride in workmanship. I would highly recommend them.

Windows made and installed backwards

We were looking to get our sliding door replaced and we could not be happier with calling HandyMan Connections! Greg and the gentleman who helped him, ( Can't remember his name ) they were friendly, communicated with us on the project and were very clean in their work. We have been so happy with the turn out, we are looking to have our front door replaced with Handyman Connections!

We recently had a new shower installed. Everything was as designed, on time and efficient. Special shout-out to Martino! He did the work and was courteous and very hard working, a one man crew. I will use this company again and highly recommend them.

I had to replace my entire roof which was a very expensive and stressful situation. I hired Brian and Shawn from PCC and was totally satisfied with this experience They were caring, professional, efficient, and thorough. It was a three day job, and every day before the workers left, they cleaned up and it looked like no one had been around. I certainly hope that I will never have to repeat to do this again, I would hire PCC without any hesitation. If you need competent, call PCC.

They matched my baseboard prices ! Would recommend.

Never came to fix my window was told he was gonna come the next day to fix my window but he never did it has been a week since he has not called me

Ordered all new windows and slider in November 2020. We had to call constantly after 60 days to find out the status of our windows. In early February they were finally installed, but all four windows had scratches, dings and nicks on the frames and weren’t sealed properly. The contractor got angry with me because I asked them to correct it. The owner came out and made us promises, and never followed through. They ordered, through our warranty, for new windows in February 2021. We have not heard a word from them since. Now no one will return our phone calls emails or texts. And they expect us to pay for a faulty product. Terrible
