I had a large order for Marvin Infinity windows from Adam and Greg. They were very professional, honest and transparent in their approach. The windows arrived when they said they would and the installation crew were very professional. Even after the installation, they were very responsive to address any post-installation issues. Very much enjoyed working with them and would highly recommend them.

Our install of Alside windows by LEI Home Enhancements was just finished. This has been an awesome experience from the beginning. Our sales rep Dustin did a great presentation and showed us all of the qualities that the Alside windows included, he took his time and answered all of our questions. Dustin was able to get us an affordable payment option that worked with our budget. We got all our homes windows replaced and our sliding glass door. The LEI office kept us informed about when our windows would be ready and scheduled the install team. The install team was amazing; they did not rush through the installation. They were careful with our furniture and patient with us. When they were done for the day plans were made for someone to come back on the weekend and finish the touch up paint. The team foreman Alex sat down with us before they left and asked if we saw any issues or needed anything further from him. Our sales rep Dustin came back out a few days after the install to see the great work and take some pictures. Our home is cooler and all of the issues we had with our old windows have been eliminated. Huge thank you to Dustin, Alex, his team, and all of the office personnel that took care of us and made this experience painless.

We had a very good experience with our odd sized bathtub to walk-in shower conversion. We were told upfront that the project might take 10 weeks due to material shortages but it only took about 6 weeks. The company did keep in touch during that time.The project cost about $11,000 but that price seems justified by the quality of the materials and installation.Our installers, Jared W & Francis R, were fabulous! They showed up when they said they would, cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day, and they were both friendly and respectful of our property and ourselves.I don't have anything bad to say about this experience.

We researched many window companies before going with Window World. We chose to go with Window World because of many neighbor recommendations and a very reasonable price not to mention their warranty. So, so happy we chose them! Our experience with them has been excellent! Their customer support is superb. Josue who helped install our windows made sure that we were 100% satisfied with their work of which we were. Our windows are beautiful, strong and our house is a lot cleaner now due to the windows! I wish there were more companies with as much quality and integrity as Window World.

We could not be any happier with our experience at Lasting Impressions. We just had our new door and sidelight installed today, and it is beautiful. The installers did a fantastic job! The service we received from day one was professional and courteous. We initially had to put a temporary hold on our order given an unforeseen circumstance, and Mark was incredibly accommodating. We feel very fortunate that we made the initial stop into this store when we started looking for a new door. They were thorough, detailed, honest, and there were no last minute add ons or surprises. After having 14 windows and 2 patio doors replaced in our Fountain Hills, AZ. home by Illumination Window and Door we had to hire a competent installer to remove all the windows and replace with new properly sized windows. Thanks to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors and Milgard Windows the project is finally complete after two years of Illumination Window refusing to take responsibility for the inferior installation. The patio doors were salvaged by removing and correctly reinstalling, we now have properly installed patio doors that look great and sliding screen doors don't fall out when opened and closed. We originally chose Milgard Ultra retrofit windows to avoid stucco removal and replacement but that all changed thanks to Illumination Window and Door not knowing how to size and install this type of window. Sadly all of the replacement windows required stucco cut back due to the damage to the existing window frames by the Illumination Window installers. When we had an AAMA certified installer inspect the windows it was determined the installation did not meet Milgard Window installation guideline. In the end the project cost us an additional $7K to resolve. Our hope is that this never happens to anyone else. Stay far away from this company they’ve destroyed many homes.
If they were competent they would know that a properly installed retrofit window is sized to fit inside the existing window frame, they simply had no clue and we trusted Mr. Cullotta knew what he was doing....thanks for all the problems you left us with to resolve. Stay far away from this company as expressed on Yelp reviews and Arizona Registrar of Contractors website.
