This was a phenomenal experience. From our initial sales appointment to the ordering and communication until install and then the 2 day installation process. The installers were super nice, professional and well oiled machines! I never expected it to be this slick. And then there’s the actual windows that are beautiful and top quality. Earlier this week we had two windows replaced and the experience was awesome. Due to window failure of an old upper arch window and water damage created by poor sloping on an exterior “pop out“ surrounding the garden style window beneath it, we needed both replaced. We also wanted the exterior pop out removed and the garden window replacement to be flush with the wall to prevent issues in the future. The sales guy I talked to was thorough, had great color suggestion for the frame and responded quickly to email. The two guys who came out to put in the windows were very neat, cleaned up everything thoughtfully and when a concern over existing water damage arose during installation, came up with a solid solution. They bought additional 2x4 and added extra waterproof material to the framing, explaining what was and wasn’t necessary, while listening to our concerns. I really appreciated how they handled the situation and the quality of work. We will certainly recommend you to our friends.

Dustin came to our house and answered all our questions, along with providing us with a great a price. The window installers were beyond great and hardworking. They knew exactly what they were doing, working efficiently and quickly. We had LEI replace 20 windows in our home. I would def recommend LEI to others.

I had a situation where their was a disagreement on the amount charged. Logan the General Manager called and was very concerned and they refunded me the amount that was over the amount agreed. I am giving them 5 stars because anyone can make a mistake or have an honest miscommunication, however, if they make it right they get bonus points!

They did the initial installation. Beautiful job! I’ve received many compliments on the aesthetic appeal. When the shower head developed a leak, they were here to replace it within 24 of my call. Great company. Thanks to Todd for friendly service and advice.

Ordered five windows in the middle of January and they have just been installed today, 2/1/2023. They came, were diligent and clean, and the windows look great.Are they a little pricey? Maybe...but I have used these guys in the past and have yet to have a problem or issue. The extra cost is well worth it as it costs even more to do a job over again.

Working with John was awesome! I was commuting between Phoenix and Charlotte, NC during the time I was doing my research and having the work done and John was great about keeping in touch with me throughout the entire process.

Initially I was looking to replace my front doorsand my slider, but on John's first visit he noticed that my front doors were still in pretty good shape and suggested I look into having them refurbished rather than replaced, even though this meant the lose of a sale for him! He was even able to refer me to someone who was able to do the job!

John did replace my sliding glass doors with french doors and I also had him replace one of my windows while he was there. Both the products and the work provided were excellent! They were very neat and made sure everything was cleaned up before they left.

I will definitely be recommending Imperial Windows to my friends and will most likely be having them replace some additional windows in the future.

I have needed a roof on my shop for years, it filled up with water every time it rained. I didn't have the money to replace it but couldn't go any longer with it the way it was. I used Castile Roofing because they we the cheapest contractor I could find. Being they were cheaper than everyone else I expected a half way decent job but I never expected them to perform the way they did. Fantastic job guys! you were on schedule and it looks awesome!
