This guy is fantastic! I called him when my sliding glass door shattered. He was there within an hour with the glass I needed. He was very professional, helped clean up the mess and did a great job. His rate was also very reasonable. I would highly recommend him to friends and family. I won't hesitate to call him again if the need arises.

We had to have a living room window replaced. The gentlemen that came to measure and the two installers, Colten & Mark ,were prompt, extremely courteous and professional, and very careful of my premises. I truly believe they went above and beyond due to the fact it was raining that day. They were very neat and tidy when finished. They definitely are an asset to your company. Craig was quick to respond to my initial phone call. He came out and provided excellent service that was fair and honest. Pricing for the product he sold to me was fair and a lot less than his competition. Would recommend him without question. Work was done professionally.

After reading reviews and speaking with several window replacement companies we purchased Infinity windows (11 windows and 2 sliders) from Capstone and had them do the isntallation. The results are amazing! Greg (one of the owners) came to our house and answered our questions about the product and installation process. He's a very good communicator and knows what he's talking about. The window replacement crew (Chris, Ed and Kyle) were fantastic in many ways. They were on time, covered our floors and furniture, worked hard and well together, cleaned up everyday and all had terrific attitudes/personalities. Hector did a great job repairing the drywall, covered our floors and furniture, cleaned up when finished and was also very nice. We're very happy with our new windows and highly recommend Capstone Windows and Doors.

Bryan Servidio came out to measure our windows and doors and he was great. Kind, informative, and very friendly. He made us very comfortable with our decision to go with this company. We can’t wait to see the finished product.

Dante was great. Very knowledgeable and very friendly. It can always be tough having strangers in your home, however he presented a good product and did not make me feel the pressure to move forward.

Be careful if you hire this company. Just don’t share any insurance information with him, he will demand some extra proceeds that was issued to you from the claim . Mr Pachner just FYI my comments were not about workmanship but the way you handled things. You contracted a solar company directly on your own, when the solar company ruined the entire system, I contacted you to get involved and help me out, but you didn’t, you refused to help stating that you never received anything, text or email, blaming it on connection problem, but your assistant Neil called me back saying that you would call me in the afternoon, but you never did. I only heard from you 3 months later asking for the balance. Sorry, but you don’t do business this way.

I am very pleased with the installation of my new shower door by Adrian with Riteway Windows and Doors. Adrian is professional and customer service oriented. His price was very reasonable and I appreciate that he was willing to come to Wickenburg for this install of a heavy glass door for my bathroom update. Preferred Home did an excellant install on 7 windows at my home. They masked inside the home to prevent dust from coming inside . The work was professional with attention to detail and pride in workmanship. I would highly recommend them.

Dan & Kage did a great job installing my sliding door. This is the second sliding door that they’ve installed for me and I am more than pleased with the quality of work and the doors themselves.

High end windows. 4 stars for the price but 5 for the quality, warranty and 6 stars for customer service!
