Best Double Hung Window Replacement in Phoenix AZ

This is the second set of windows installed by ES. I like that they are locally owned and make their own windows. The install team is the best. The are considerate and did excellent work. One screen did not fit properly. They ordered a replacement and a few hours later they installed it. The first time around one of the guys noticed a tiny bubble in the glass. I never would have seen it. He ordered a whole new window, rush...and took care of the situation. You can tell they are all about customer satisfaction. I highly recommend ES.

We had 3 windows replaced. The whole process was professional and easy. This is the 2nd time we've used AZ Valley windows and definetly recommend them.

If you want your shower doors installed Perfectly , call on Wes and Brody! These guys did an outstanding job and were fun to work with. The bath was immaculate when they left, just as it was when they arrived to take on the install!

SI did a fantastic job! We were first introduced to SI through a we home show in phoenix. The gal at the booth was knowledgeable and friendly. She put us in touch with Greg Johnson who did a tremendous job explaining the details and advantages of new windows all the way through the process to install the window. Every phase of our new window installation process was seamless from the sales to the installation. The installation crew was professional and extremely respectful of our home. Dave the installation manager was very professional and kept us informed on each stage of the installation process. On a side note we had 29 beautiful windows and a slider installed. It took the crew about a week, very impressed. Some of our windows are very large and up high...not easy to get to. We highly recommend SI for your beautiful new window.

We have used Freelite for several years. We have 4 skylights on our patio, and another 3 for inside spaces in hour home. Recently we had a very old one replaced, and another one repaired. Quality product and people all the way. When its time to update our windows I will certainly be using them. I highly recommend Freelite to any homeowner.

Amazing window and door installers! They were fast, professional and safe. I’m so happy with my new custom steel interior doors, it completely transformed the look of my house.

I am very disappointed with window world,The same technicians that are on the commercial are the same guys that did my installation.2 winters after the installation of 3 windows i found my rooms were colder than the previous years and utility bills higher.So i did some investigation and took the trim off my windows to find no insulation on the windows.When i called and they sent a repair tech he insulated 2 windows saying the 3rd was ok and not needing it. So i had to insulate it myself.The clicker in all this is that 4 YEARS LATER THE VINYL WINDOWS ARE TURNING A YELLOW HUE BECAUSE THEY CANT LAST IN THE ARIZONA HEAT.Never recieving an apology or a discount for my high utility bills I feel because we were speaking spanish at the time of the installation that we were hugely discriminated against a proper install and there fore a better review.thats right when you have to use the race card its a dam shame.But thats how it is with company that dont care about the extra added costs they made you have because of a unproper installation.Im glad i did not have them do my 7 other windows....BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!

Justin came out today to measure. He was extremely professional, courteous, and very easy to communicate with. He answered all my questions. I was very pleased with Justin and Renewal by Andersen in replacing my current windows and would highly recommend them to anyone!

We are thrilled with the job done. The craftsmen were right on time, very pleasant, did excellent work, took precautions to keep the dust out of our home, did a great job working with our uneven walls and floor and left the job site clean and neat. We couldn’t be happier with this door install and IllumiNation.

I used the company for window replacement and I am super happy with the results. The windows are fantastic- easy to use, and after 2 years, my house is finally quiet! Friendly company and good project staff.

There was a bird that slammed into my living room window today. It startled me, but knocked the hell out of the bird. It's been an ongoing issue, I don't know how to stop it. Y'all need to find a way to stop it from happening. I don't want a broken window, or a dead bird in my yard.

Let me say I didn’t use this service. I called because we had purchased some windows ourselves and needed some help with instillation. Instead of just politely telling me they don’t provide that service the girl answering the phone was extremely rude! I will be replacing all my windows next year and will be sure NOT to use this company.

Quality is great. Crew does a fantastic job of installing and cleaning up after themselves.

Sent in an information form to Anderson and received a call right back. Seems Good...Think not. Customer Service Rep was going to send me an catalog via email and have someone call me for an in home appointment. Neither happened so I called Pella and am moving in that direction. Guess they have more business then they need.

RemodAZ has had their license revoked by the Arizona ROC (327194) after 35 disciplined complaints (currently 17 others open) and have been negatively featured on the local Arizona news (Let Joe Know!).

I hired RemodAZ and was one of the “lucky” ones that actually had work performed. “Lucky” (in quotes) because the wait (7 months) and quality of the install was not great. I’ll spare the complete list, but the big two are: One of the installed windows did not seal/close. The doors installed were not sealing and falling off the hinges due to a bad install.

My issues were only looked at after getting the ROC involved. RemodAZ came out and did the absolute bare minimum before abandoning the project again. Then their license was revoked.

I am still picking up the pieces via additional contractors I’ve hired to clean up their work.

Note there is review manipulation for this company on sites like HomeAdvisor (out of state reviews) and Facebook (shell profiles recommending). Do your research before hiring any contractor.
