We can't say enough great things about this company! We knew it was going to be a little pricier than some of the competition that came out and give us quotes, but boy was it worth it! Nestor, Eric, Angela & Steve were a dream to work with. Our master bathroom came out perfect! Better than we ever pictured! No detail was spared, from the incredible cleanliness of the crew every day, detailed drawings, beautiful shop to pick out products, to the daily check-in's from The project manager. We would recommend Retro pro to friends and family for sure!

I recently purchased my first vacation home in Scottsdale that needed a little TLC and being brand new to the area and out-of-state, I was nervous and stressed having to shop around locally to find out how to update about a dozen windows and sliding doors since it is easy to be taken advantage of when you clearly don't know anything. After calling around to get some quotes and advice since I know nothing about windows and glass, the reps at Freelite were the only ones that were genuine and patient with me by being willing to help me through my dumb questions and even go out of their way to educate me based on what would work best for my specific home and style, all while actually giving me the most competitive price around! I worked with Tony who I couldn't recommend enough. It's clear he takes pride in his work and provides a great service making sure you are 110% happy. We had about 10 windows replaced and 2 sliding glass doors and they were able to complete it faster than expected and with great communication and coordination, and no surprise hidden costs or any bs at the end. Very stress free experience unlike some of the other local contractors and businesses I have been working with to rehab my new home. They did a great job installing our new windows and door. Everything looks beautiful and the workers were extremely professional. The came in, worked hard all day, and completely cleaned up any mess before they left. Great company!!!

I signed with them and had to cancel which was within the 3 day cancellation window as allowed, but they never returned my 50% ($2,400) deposit. I’m an older woman living on a single income and they took $2400 from me for absolutely nothing. I honestly don’t know how they sleep at night doing business like that. They gave me the run around for months instead. It’s like Tammy Robinson likes to play with people. Beware.
