HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!! Extremely professional, courteous, very knowledgeable and friendly. We needed our sliding glass door fixed and when this company came out, he did a phenomenal job. Not only did he fix the issue but made sure it was nice and clean before he put the door back in. His customer service was outstanding and he was very Responsive to our questions and gave us the information that we needed to move forward. We had several old windows replaced last week by Lifetime and they did a great job. Here are some of the reasons we loved their work.- They did exactly what they had agreed to do- Their price was fair and accurate- They were on time, worked hard and cleaned up perfectly afterwards- The installers, Mike and Ryan were really nice guys and did a fantastic job.- They were professionals who clearly knew what they were doing. Of course that's expected from any vender, but is not always the case- The new windows (two bedroom and one kitchen,) look great, open SO easily (horizontally, with a light touch) and close tightly.And, everyone we dealt with at Lifetime was courteous and friendly. We're really happy with their work and will definitely have them replace more of our windows. My only regret is that we didn't have the work done months or years ago.

The team at Freelite showed up on time, communicated well and completed our window replacements in a single day. Very appreciative of them!

ECON replaced three windows for me which had unsightly drooping sashes. Jason was a pleasure to work with. He was knowledgeable, personable and honest. His prices were reasonable and his work well done, He was reliable. I would highly recommend him.

The owner, Thomas, came out for my initial consultation. He was not very friendly and was late as he didn't listen to my directions and went to the wrong complex. Maybe he didn't really care about my purchase because I only got two windows and one door done? He also did not bring a mask during COVID, and when I gave him one to wear, he wouldn't wear it over his nose.
I got many quotes and ended up going with Red Rock though because of all the good reviews on the product and their pricing. Nate and Cody completed the install today and it went great. They were very professional and hard working. My windows and doors look great, so far!

The Lady that answered the phone was very incompetent. I asked to receive an in home consultation, and she tried to give me an estimate over the phone and at the end told me she could be wrong and does not know. I again asked for an in home consultation to get an accurate estimate. She began asking me questions about the installation and what the home was made out of. I am a long haul truck driver, and I didn't make the house so there for I do not know what it is made of. She was really unprofessional and did not do her job well. DO NOT GO TO THESE PEOPLE!

Did a lot of research on windows for Arizona heat. Good product . The entire process from initial sales call to the team for the final installation was great . Install went very and the communication throughout the process was great .

I had a situation where their was a disagreement on the amount charged. Logan the General Manager called and was very concerned and they refunded me the amount that was over the amount agreed. I am giving them 5 stars because anyone can make a mistake or have an honest miscommunication, however, if they make it right they get bonus points!

We could not be any happier with our experience at Lasting Impressions. We just had our new door and sidelight installed today, and it is beautiful. The installers did a fantastic job! The service we received from day one was professional and courteous. We initially had to put a temporary hold on our order given an unforeseen circumstance, and Mark was incredibly accommodating. We feel very fortunate that we made the initial stop into this store when we started looking for a new door. They were thorough, detailed, honest, and there were no last minute add ons or surprises. Great Experience - After calling and getting a few quotes over the phone, we ended up selecting Illumination. They scheduled an in-home measurement (even arrived a few minutes early for our appt), the item arrived when they said it would arrive and then they called to schedule the install, and they did a great job on the install. Everything was seamless and both Anthony who gave me the quote over the phone and came for the measurements, and their install team, were courteous and on time. Happy with the job!

Scott helped me get my roof replaced. Him and his company battled with my insurance company to get it done right.

Let me say I didn’t use this service. I called because we had purchased some windows ourselves and needed some help with instillation. Instead of just politely telling me they don’t provide that service the girl answering the phone was extremely rude! I will be replacing all my windows next year and will be sure NOT to use this company.
