True View was courteous and addressed all our questions. They installed our new shower doors and we are very satisfied. I would recommend them for your next glass project.

Don't waste your money! I can't believe this is a business! First, they don't do refunds so think about this before you decide to hire these idiots! I had to fight with them and after 8 weeks, my refund arrived...oh and the first check was mailed to an incorrect address...seriously?! They don't work weekends either! I made an agreement with the owner and he agreed to work Saturday...BUT HE NEVER INFORMED ME! Then, when I tried to work something out with them, he and his office team were rude and inconsiderate! I am the customer but I guess they didn't need my business! I hired them to install a new front door, trimming, and paint. The owner changed his pricing three times but finally an agrement was made. The owner was presentable and cordial so I am not sure if that's the plan...get in the door and then screw the customer...after you pay him half up front! Run far away from these people! I did hire another company, Williamsen Remodeling, and they did an outstanding job! The father and son team worked Saturday and they were as friendly as family...great guys! I would love to fill all the remaining characters in this review; however, I have better things to do! Thanks for the opportunity to review Everlasting Window and Door as people should be aware of how these people don't handle their business!

It's great. Very nice people :)

Krasiva did a great job explaining and demonstrating the products and differences in quality levels in them. The new patio door was built and arrived when they said it would. The installation crew were very polite, professional and did a great job. The salesman stopped by during the installation to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. We love the new door!

Jason does an excellent job, goes above and beyond with everything he does. Trust worthy and trusts that you like what you see. Highly recommended!

I don't think we've ever had a better experience working with contractors and we've done just about everything to our house that you can imagine. They were friendly, respectful, and easy to stay in touch with throughout. The project manager was there the first day and just about every other day inspecting work, cleaning, and communicating progress. The crew was professional and so friendly and they cleaned up every single day, even vacuuming the rocks under my front window!!!
We had one set of windows that my husband asked the stucco be redone and the crew got right up and finished it off. We are both so happy with the quality of the windows, the project management, customer service, and professionalism.
I feel compelled to add one more thing. As a woman, I'm often disappointed with the treatment I get working with trades from initial contact to on-site work. What a revelation it was to work with Bridgette and Leo on this project. Not once was I talked down to, overlooked, ignored, or worse. I have already recommended them to a friend looking into replacing her windows and have stressed this point.

Max S and Skyler S were terrific installers. They were very professional and did a great job with our shower installation. They were polite and cleaned up after themselves.Our materials came in very quickly, and the installation was done in two days.Connie S

We had new shower doors put in 3 bathrooms. Phil showed up when he said he would, did a fantastic job and didn't charge me an arm and a leg for it. Very professional company. I will be referring them to all of my friends and family.

There is good service, there is great service and then there is Tacheny Exterior service!! I worked for an employer whose main focus was client service for 10 years... so I know all about exceptional service. Unfortunately in this world client service is not a focus. That isn’t the case with Tacheny exteriors. They went above and beyond and I couldn’t be happier. Cheers to a dying breed!!

Great low prices on New glass....too bad I didn't notice how they scratched up the paint as they scraped away the old adhesive. My wife noticed weeks later when she had her car washed. Three stars because I've used them a few times in the past with no issues.

Excellent work on my build. The vehicle had a complete respray and he removed and installed glass. Would recommend to anyone!

Woodpeckers did major damage to our mahogany front doors...Dov came up with a solution that allowed the doors to be restored to their origional condition. He is truly a craftsman. We are thrilled with his work.
