Moncada Window Tint

I went & got my tesla model x windshield tinted. The guy told me he could do it in one piece & could do it for $600 , with this quote I expected decent results.

I expected a couple creases as tinting this windshield isn't easy. What I got was at least 10 large creases. His response is That's is caused with your wipers windshield before that he said to wait and it will go away . What a joke. He put big strip all the way up the glass because there was a gap in the tint.

He scratched my door panel & his response was we don't work with your door & Your car inside its really dirty and out of care

The camera and sensor on the windshield were soaked in water & now the autopilot no longer works.

I took my car here to get tinted and when it was done and the 5 days past I notice tint was bubbling so I returned and he said he would fix it. I left my car for about 1 hour and he did whatever he had to do. Now it's been 5 more days and now there is things between the tint and bubbles and he says it's how it's supposed to be. He said I can't do a perfect job only Jesus can. Well he should of said that in the first place and I would of went somewhere else. To anyone who wants there cars tinted I would look elsewhere. Disappointed customer.

I had a bit of an issue locating them, but once i did, they got right to work and i was done before i knew it!!!! Super laid back and easy going atmosphere..not to mention they are very accommodating while you wait..they brought a chair outside for me to sit in n enjoy the weather w my dog n even offered me water a couple times!!
I have to admit that I did have to ask them to clean up some of the mess left in my car in my vehicle in which they did without hesitation (there were numerous pieces of cut off tinting all over the back of my car and my dog most definitely would've gotten into trouble with that!- and I never mentioned all the dirt on the floor mats to them as they worked hard n I was absolutely thrilled w the work!!--notice that none of that affected my giving them 5 star rating??)
I truly am soooooooo very happy with the tinting they did on my windows!!
Everything they did is literally perfect!!
Aannndd...they also back their work with a lifetime warranty.???

This place did not even touch my car. I needed old tint removed and replaced. I wasted 2.5 hours while they worked on others. If they were up front and honest about their services then i would be leaving this review. They lied in my opinion.

Alberto is the man! Did my tints quickly and then said when I picked the car up if anything at any time happens to bring the car back and he will take care of it. That's great Customer Service there! He even said if I accidentally roll down the window in the day or so after install (major no no) to bring it in and he will fix it. I highly recommend them for your tints!

While it's too soon to know the quality of the work, the quality of customer service and pricing was unbeatable. They stayed several hours after closing just to make sure my car was done well. Excellent!

Cracked my windshield during tint, he didn't say a word I had to tell him. He didn't say anything about fixing or replacing it. He just told me if I fix it he'll redo it.
Only good thing was door tint.

The owner is very Respect.,very polite,he explained the differences of the tints.yold the ones that are legal and the ones there is not.Resonable price, did not to wait long. Very professional.
