So happy with this company! Jose may be the nicest person I’ve met in Arizona! I used another company prior for 2 years and continued to have an issue. Got stung by a scorpion on the nipple- yes people, the nipple. I decided to switch to urban desert and couldn’t be happier. When They showed up with a full on hose and saturated my yard, I knew I made the right choice. Highly recommended ??

Moved into a newly built house a few months ago and was sure I would find plenty of bugs and critters with the freshly dug up ground and landscaping completed. Bug Science came out and did an initial inspection and treatment. They come perform regular treatments every other month and so far the only bugs we have found were DEAD and OUTSIDE the house!!! This is the best place to find them because it means the work Bug Science does is helping squash the bug problem before they even have a chance to get into the house. Thanks Bug Science!

As a professional in multi housing who has been in the industry for 8 years I’m appalled at the pure lack of customer service and lack of honesty. I took my property over 5 months ago! Have never had this company on my property since I have been here. I received warranty renewal bills in the mail, I called in and informed them we will not need any warranty, we have another company in place and please void all actions moving forward. Today I receive a bill via email for an inspection(that was forwarded to me from the previous manager) When I call in and inform it was unauthorized and we will not be paying.... I get the run around of who did you talk to, and it was scheduled yesterday. When asked by who it was approved, she says my assistant. My assistant and leasing are in my office and at the time who say they informed them we no longer use them and did not want to schedule an appointment and on top of that, the individual spoken with was not my assistant but a leasing agent who is not able to approve any services. The woman from the office proceeded to call my phone back after the original call, with poor attitude, customer service, And continued to talk over me. Purely to try and make a point to justify and figure out who “approved it” when they were in the wrong and should have never even called my office In the first place, given they were informed days prior we would no longer need or use their services. I will never use or suggest this company just based on the way they operate their business.

Invader Pest Control has been our exterminator for many years. Bugs are gone! If we have a problem (scorpions in the hot weather) Invader will use the correct chemicals to eliminate them. They did termite service several years ago and we haven't had a problem since then. Thanks Invader!

We have a cabin up in Prescott, and Azex comes out quarterly. They are awesome. Jared our service guy is fantastic. He is patient, helpful, educational, and goes above and beyond to help out. Definitely recommend them to anyone in the area.

We look forward to the team coming out every other month. These darn little critters like to find their way back. They take care of anything and everything they see.

My fiance called me frantic about having bees in the house so I found The Beekeepers info through a recommendation and talked to Russ over the phone. I was not home and my fiance left so Russ was nice enough to drop by my house and look for any signs of bees while I was on my way home. Thankfully he didn't see any signs but he gave me tons of tips and information on what to look for and how to prevent them from coming in my house in the future. He also gave me his personal number in the case we have any other waves of bees come by! Great guy and will DEFINITELY call Russ for any Bee issues in the future!

I just started using Sprague and wow what a difference! They come to work when they say they are and give me a full report of what they found and how we can move forward with preventing any additional pest from coming into our buildings. Sprague employees are friendly and always ready to work and get the job done right.

Danny and Dylon came by my house this week for some preventative pest control. Not only were these guys polite but they were extremely knowledgeable! They dedicated an entire day with me there letting me know exactly what they were doing as they created a master piece spray rig for me that will allow me to provide the very best applications for my customers.
