Sunny State repaired my stuck sliding patio door. They also ordered and replaced the patio door's sliding screen too. It's always a pleasure to work with a service provider as responsive and professional as Sunny State. Even on my small job, they took the time necessary to complete the job correctly and with care. I just love disgruntled people who don't take responsibility for THEIR actions...it makes me laugh. The entire Universal Glass team is one of the BEST that I've ever worked with and I've been working with them for over 10 years. They are fast, efficient and keep me updated when I send a client to them. If there has ever been a problem. they will bend over backwards to do the right thing.

Shane is FANTASTIC! I called him on Friday morning and he fit me in on Monday afternoon. One of my windows was off track and I couldn't open it. He fixed it in minutes. He is fair, honest, nice, efficient, and knowledgeable! Great customer service, you could ask for nothing more! Everyone else wants to sell you new windows and Shane will fix them.

I recently remodeled our master bathroom. I called several companies to get quotes for the shower glass enclosure. Phil is the only one who came to the house to assess the job and give a quote. Others wanted 1/2 down to show up or I had to go visit their showroom. Phil's prices were reasonable compared to other companies with quotes I got over the phone. Phil is an Army Vet and I'm a Navy Vet. It's his personality, respect, other positive reviews and veteran status as to why I chose Stellar Glass. Phil came out and explained what would work given the small size of the bathroom. The new glass from the manufacture, a local company, had some defects originally and Phil rejected it. He called me to explain what happened vs. just installing it and moving on. He always kept me abreast of the status. Phil also found a towel bar that matched the look and feel of the bathroom which was important. He worked with me on the install date and time since I work 5 days a week. He was kind, courteous and provided excellent service. The completed project exceeded my expectations.

I called for a quote today, Roman was highly unprofessional! I entered the year, make, and model of my vehicle online, and then verbally told him. F-150 Harley Davidson, I told him 3 times and then he comes back and says No, theres only F-250. Ford Harley Davidson F-150, ARE YOU SURE? This is my truck, dude!!! Of course I'm sure! Not only was this unprofessional, but I found it extremely rude as well.
