Best Casement in Phoenix AZ

What a great company!!!! Very professional workers the place where they replaced windows was cleaner than before they started. Windows look great and no more air coming into the house. Highly recommend this company.

Wow, wow, wow!!! What an incredible team at AZ Valley Windows! The office ladies are so friendly and made it easy to schedule. Salesman gave plenty of options to fit my needs. The installers are friendly as well and their work is impeccable! Will be using them again in the future for my doors.

This review is overdue. Early one Saturday morning I received a text that a glass door in a building I manage had been smashed overnight. The company I normally work with(no longer!) was not answering their 24 hr emergency number so I started looking for nearby options. Sunny State came up in Google maps with lots of good reviews. I reached Dwayne and he apologized that he had family plans and wouldn't be able to make it till about 3pm. Considering it was about 10 am at this time I thought that was very reasonable. He called when he was on the way, got the place boarded up quickly and gave me a quote for glass replacement once it could be ordered. The price was very reasonable for the board up and the replacement. A very nice woman in the office contacted me Monday morning with a written proposal and a schedule. They followed through on everything they said they would do and stuck to the schedule communicating along the way with more specifics about time once the ordered glass had arrived. All in all, excellent service and, really nice people, good price, communicative and on time. What else can you ask for?

We started with another company installing Marvin windows on our house. What a disaster that was! To do the remainder of the windows we hired SI Windows. What a difference a great company makes installing a great window. They even fixed installation mistakes by the other company. Thank you SI Windows and Greg!

Purchased a new sliding French door and was kept informed on delivery and installation dates. Installation crew was very professional and did high quality work. I will definitely use them again in the future and would recommend to others.

Update: They came back and fixed the security system sensor. They subcontract the staining and those guys came back and put another coat of stain on the door. Krasiva's guys are pretty good. The subcontractor guys that did the staining needed me to point out all the spots that they missed. They are okay, but when they say they are done, you have to have a close look. They were done about 3 times when I came and found areas that were completely missed. They eventually got them and it looks much better now, but they do need some supervision since they seem to miss a lot of details.

All and all I am much happier with it now.

Update: Owner has contacted us and is now coming over to check it out. I'll keep this updated.

The door was a decent quality but the install left a lot to be desired. First of all, the old door had a built in security system sensor. When they replaced the frame, they didn't preserve the wires that came from the wall and fish them through the new frame or anything. They just framed over them so now we can't put a new sensor in the door/frame. Also, the stain job was awful. There are lots of spaces that they missed with stain, especially around hinges or any harder to reach spots. It was overall blotchy and somehow they even managed to smear stain on an adjacent wall. For the price we paid, I expected a better job. We contacted the company several times. Each time they said they would look into it or send someone to inspect it but they never got back to us. It's been months (maybe over a year) and they haven't responded to any of our complaints.

If you have been on the fence about upgrading your historic windows like I was you will appreciate this review.
What an amazing expereince from begining to end! They are professional, responsive, patient ( I changed my mind a lot). They were not pushy, and listened to my concerns and made reccomendations. The install crew was quick and polite. Clenaed up very well and loved my dogs. Everyone I expereinced at Freelite is incredible. Thanks !

Couldn't even show up for the consultation appt did not call until 30 mins after the appt we received no call prior to say he was running behind.

We used this company to install our windows about 1 year ago. The Salesman was very friendly and educated us on how to spend within our budget to get not the most but effective engery saving windows.
It was perfect. Three days later the company said he was no longer with them. Bummer.
Yesterday they came out to our daughters home which we are co- owners on.
the salesman was friendly but just wrote up paper work for all up graded windows no questions on what was in her budget or what kind of window. the price was $1500 more than what we paid. He assumed she wanted what we had put in our home plus a few upgrades without discussing the windows he picked out.
Her house required less windows .
We asked for referral discount or repeat discount , NO!
This company does not appreciate long term relationship with their customers or their customers referrals . No appreciation of having long term repeat clients or having generations of same family do business with. Very sad .
We are like family with our customers of 20 years and we always give back with gratitude to our clients that refer our salon and car business.

Overall won't complain. Service is prompt, work is beautiful. & the one minor issue I had they came and fixed right away.

My wife and I had been looking for new high end double glass door/sliders for quite some time. After meeting with Anthony and his team we were thrilled to learn they could provide us with multiple option and in turn be able to customize the exact doors we wanted for each area; which were much larger than previous doors.
During installation the Illumination team was courteous, friendly, extremely professional and very cleanly.
What really made the difference was their attention to detail.

Dante was great. Very knowledgeable and very friendly. It can always be tough having strangers in your home, however he presented a good product and did not make me feel the pressure to move forward.

Sevy and his team at A Pro Windows and Doors have again done a great job sealing my doors and windows at home. When others wanted to sell me new windows, he was honest, explained the problem, and fixed the problems quickly and inexpensively. I have used Sevy's services many times over the years and have never had a problem whether it was my house or my commercial building, or my RV. I have not found a problem that he couldn't handle. Affordable Windows just replaced my 4 windows that were the originals from 1969. The whole process was easy and the installers were very professional. I can tell a massive difference in the heat being let through the new windows! Prices were very competitive as well.

Had a pretty good overhaul for my recent purchased home. Windows and window treatments came out great. It's definitely helping keep out the hot temperatures.

Terrible experience and horrible quality with literally ZERO response to our emails and calls.

We ordered and paid the price of a new car for two gray sliders. The crew even had grey caulk/sealant and trim to match the grey doors they were supposed to install.

The doors are 100% brown and look terrible. You can see the brown door vs grey sealant and grey “trim” in the pictures, against the two shades of grey in our house DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They will extract money and literally never call you back.
