Best Car Windshield Repair And Replacement And Auto Glass in Phoenix AZ

I am in the process of renovating my master bedroom. Part of the renovation included installing a large three panel window on my north wall. I had a small window already there. I had the contractor frame out the space in the wall for the window, but it was a weird fit because of the size and spacing of the wall. (This was an older home). I needed a custom fit window. I googled for it and Superior Glass was the first one that popped up. I gave them a call and they came over that afternoon. They provided me with a free onsite estimate that was way cheaper than I expected and ordered me a custom window that same afternoon. The following week, the installer brought the window and needed materials and installed the window in no time at all. He even cleaned up his materials and the area from the installation process and mess. It was so easy and complete. I am elated with my new windows and how painless it was to get them installed. They were a great value too! I recommend Superior Glass for all your window repair/ installation needs. They truly care about the customer and take care of you. Great service, great price and fast work?

I unfortunately did not have a good experience... 3 missed appointments at 4 hrs ea...2 appointments made 1 with the wrong glass for the door. another made with a scratched glass... Logan the supervisor gave me $100 off and set up a new appt... they showed up on time with another scratch on yet another window . This started in April... Ended July 17th... All of my hours of waiting and wasting my time... I guess everyone's time is free right? Still have to pay $140 for the work... The techs are great but the customer service is horrible I do not recommend...

I called one auto glass replacement shop in South Phoenix and they didn’t even show up for our scheduled appointment. So, I called here and set up a same-day appointment instead. Well, these guys actually like to work, because they showed up right on time and were cheery too. They also did excellent work. I give you five ⭐️s!

Fantastic service! When I called I talked to Jim and he had a great demeanor about him! So kind and fun to talk to. He constantly checked in with me to let me know when and how they would make it out to my house. He also got me in sooner than expected. He gave me his personal phone number and I was able to go text back and forth with him with my questions and concerns. My windshield was pretty extreme so he had me text pictures to show the damage to make sure it wasn’t auto body issues. The replacement was quick and done very well. Poor guy had an audience, because my kids were very intrigued. He was really relaxed about it all. I Would definitely recommend!
