Best Car Glass Repair in Phoenix AZ

Bought a new house and needed to replace three widows. When I called, I was able to get a quick appointment. They came out, gave me a fair estimate and got the job done without issues. Great company!

I just love disgruntled people who don't take responsibility for THEIR actions...it makes me laugh. The entire Universal Glass team is one of the BEST that I've ever worked with and I've been working with them for over 10 years. They are fast, efficient and keep me updated when I send a client to them. If there has ever been a problem. they will bend over backwards to do the right thing.

Horrible company, spoke to a guy at 9:25a, stated he would call me back within an hour or less, to confirm if someone / tech would be able to come out to my home today. Never heard back. I called back at 11:31a, following up. He said a tech would be there at between 1p - 4p. No show. Called at 4:26p, a very unprofessional lady answered, sounded like I woke her from a nap. She stated the tech was on the way. Then the same guy I spoke to in the morning was in the background saying the tech is going to text you now. No show or text. Called at 7:23p. No answer. Don't waste your time with this HORRIBLE company.

They replaced my windshield, very efficiently 100% recommed. Daniel is very professional.

I'm getting my windshield replaced tomorrow but want to say how great Ivory Travis has been.. (been playing phone tag with my insurance preferred carrier for the last 2 weeks) got it all set up within an hour of speaking with him. Great, professional genuine guy! Had my windshield replaced two days ago. Was beyond lucky to have Star Glass referred to me! On time, extremely professional and personable. Not to mention the quality of work is perfect. I called first thing in the morning and was scheduled for that afternoon. James called me and let me know he was running a little behind, but that he would get me done that day. Very few companies have people that bother to let you know what their status is. He arrived and was able to diagnose the problem very quickly after careful disassembly of my door panel. I greatly appreciate the attention to detail. He showed me what I needed to do to fix the problem on my own (saving me money). Randy and James are great guys to work with, and I will not hesitate to use them again for any power window issues that I have!!!

Best glass place I've ever been to literally took them 20 minutes to have me on my way to replace a cracked front windshield hands down the best place in Phoenix!!! and very reasonably priced!!! If you need anything done definitely should be your first choice!

Perhaps the best experience I've ever had with an auto repair company. Easy and fast setup for the repair, they were able to come out to my vehicle a single business day later. They then did me the ludicrously nice courtesy of driving to my work location for paper signing, as I couldn't be at home for the repair. No fuss or tricks regarding the $100 windshield insurance-covered repair. Being an Arizonan, I've had my share of Loop-202 windshield cracks and have used several other auto glass repair companies. Luckily, I don't need to shop around anymore. Seriously, choose these guys.

Referred by Milgard for a missing door track. Quick response and call back, easy pickup. Total out the door was $22 for the piece that another local Milgard affiliate quoted $118!
