Needed a windshield replaced on a Kenworth T-680 tractor. Everyone was very friendly, professional, and helpful. They even called to make sure everything was ok when I was running late for my appointment and gave me the best directions to get into their facility with a loaded tractor-trailer. Windshield replaced- love it ?

Loved the service people were friendly.

The window install is finished and the final results are satisfactory. The installation went OK, but Lasting Impressions ran short of workers during the process and a few days there were not enough people to perform some of the heavy lifting. Removal of the old windows left more of gap in the old stucco on the outside that I was hoping, but the old windows were installed in a manner may have contributed to that. The crew did an OK job repairing the stucco and sealing the gap, though ... so all is well in the end.

There was more dust raised than I hoped. The crew did place plastic around the window opening during the phase where they made some cuts, but still a lot of dust. On the inside wood floors, the crew did not place enough protective coverings down and some minor scratches and foot traffic with caulking compound were evident on the wood floors ... but, we were able to clean it up OK. But the crew could have done a better job placing protective covering down.

Overall, Lasting Impressions provided a good price for the windows and with the exception of taking longer to do the install than originally estimated (due to manpower shortages), the experience was good. With a bit more care protecting flooring, I would raise the rating a notch.
