Jack, Rex, Hector and their entire team go above and beyond!!! I highly recommend their company and their staff. They did an amazing job from start to finish and were in and out. They came back multiple times for touch ups of little things we noticed, without question.

Their communication is stellar. They are prompt and responsive. They really understand what customer service means. We have dealt with many contractors in our past and they take the cake.

If you want a solid company with good working people, look no further for your painting needs.

About 6 years ago I had Kent do a sign for my new business and later on had the one below it done by a sign company at twice the cost of what Kent charged me. Kents sign still looks as good as it did the first day he did it the one the sign company did for me faded and looked horrible after 4 and a half years. I had Kent come by and redo the bottom sign for me and it looks great. I highly recommend if you need any art work or signs done this man is the person to call. Always up front honest and very reliable.

We used Improovy to paint the ceiling of our condo before we put it on the market and they did a great job. Super responsive and took care of everything. Seems to be a great solution for any move-in or move-out home painting as they were quick to accommodate our timetable and were able to provide a competitive quote via phone call, which was very convenient. There were a few items that we needed to fix after the job but their team went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our project and bring it to a great compulsion. I had some rooms in my house painted a few weeks ago. The entire staff was very professional and helpful. Starting with Rachel at the office, followed by Colin, who came to my house and explained different types of paints and other important information about the process. Once the job was started, Daniel came to check that the painting process was moving smoothly. Luis, the principal painter, and Jesus were great at their individual jobs. Luis and Jesus were very professional while doing their job. They cleaned everything and removed anything that needed discarding. They worked fast and performed every detail during their work. They took pride in their work. They were very polite. I appreciate everyone who helped me with my painting project. I’m very pleased with the results. I would use CertaPro painters again. I highly recommend this company.

The crew came out on a Thursday morning during the times they said they would be there. Travis went over the details of the contract to confirm it matched what I was expecting. The two of them finished the 1,600 sq ft exterior paint job the very next day. We did a final inspection Friday afternoon, and the area clean-up was like they weren't even there. Their work matched my very high expectations of them. I posted a review of their work, along with pictures, on the website our HOA uses.
