They were on time, communication was great and they were professional. They knew what they were doing and fixed the problem. The only thing was they were a bit pricey but it was worth it. i would use them again.

From the start of the process, these folks are awesome.
The consultation was clear and all questions were answered clearly.
The wait time for the windows was perfect and not excessive at all.
Installation was great. The crew kept the work area clean and kept our home in mind when doing their work. protecting the inside and the flooring. The entire install crew was professional and personable.
All refuse and debris was removed as they worked AND when done with the install. Management was very easy to work with and responsive to any and all communications.
I recommend the product, the company and the people that work there very highly.
I believe we made the right choice to go with this company, SI Windows - Phoenix. We will use them again if the need arises.

Red Rock Windows and Doors are a professional company in hands of very good and direct people. The best thing for me is that I had a minor issue with a screen they didn't install, it didn't matter if it was small they were ready to hear me out and find a solution for me, excellent post-sale service.

Did a lot of research on windows for Arizona heat. Good product . The entire process from initial sales call to the team for the final installation was great . Install went very and the communication throughout the process was great .

I am terrible about remembering to write these, but I really wanted to make sure I wrote one for Shane. I used his services earlier this year for new window screens and a quote on a new patio screen door; I could not have been more pleased. When I saw Veteran Owned, I definitely at least wanted to get a quote, but as soon as I met him, I just had a really good feeling about him. He looked over everything I wanted done, and even said he'd be able to tune up my sliding glass patio door! Every concern, he had a solution for. He even told me 'I could tell you you need this and that, but you don't. You don't need new unless you really want them.' You rarely ever get that kind of honesty! I think I had one more quote that I was getting, but when he left, I just knew that I was gonna go with him. And I could not be happier with the work he did. He put new screens on my window, new screen in my screen door & tuned it up (rather than talking me into a brand new one!), and tuned up my patio door as well, and all for an absolutely reasonable price.

He works hard, he communicates, he's honest & polite; if you don't call him for at least a quote, you're missing out on an opportunity to work with and support a great business.

Also, for sure gave his information to a friend when she needed some repairs, and to my mom when her patio screen door was damaged. And I will continue to refer him to anyone I can!

I would have left one star but they fixed my order and made everything right. Got my windshield replacement from being a return customer by sales call. Was later told that a new employee who put the tint on the new windshield was brand new and left the film on and it was scratched and dirty. I had to call warranty and go through a huge deal to get it replaced including taking time off work and everything to go have them fix it. Obviously the person who put the tint on was brand new and did it incorrectly but I definitely think you need better training for your employees to have that happen. However, I will say the people in the warranty department made it right and fixed promptly and gave me a free detail. So that was nice. The tint guy who did it second for me was absolutely amazing though and it looks great. I only wish it would have been done right the first time!

Clayton from Star glass was grea He came to our home and had the windshield repaired within 1 day of calling. Clayton was on time, professional, secure in his work, polite and quick. The service from Clayton and star glass was very good and I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Omar was up front in explaining details about the window tint on the car. He showed me what tint he was going to use and what would work for the car. It turned out to be wonderful work and a great customer experience. If I know of anyone that needs window tinting. I will refer to Omar’s Tinting.

We used this company to install our windows about 1 year ago. The Salesman was very friendly and educated us on how to spend within our budget to get not the most but effective engery saving windows.
It was perfect. Three days later the company said he was no longer with them. Bummer.
Yesterday they came out to our daughters home which we are co- owners on.
the salesman was friendly but just wrote up paper work for all up graded windows no questions on what was in her budget or what kind of window. the price was $1500 more than what we paid. He assumed she wanted what we had put in our home plus a few upgrades without discussing the windows he picked out.
Her house required less windows .
We asked for referral discount or repeat discount , NO!
This company does not appreciate long term relationship with their customers or their customers referrals . No appreciation of having long term repeat clients or having generations of same family do business with. Very sad .
We are like family with our customers of 20 years and we always give back with gratitude to our clients that refer our salon and car business.

Terrible experience and horrible quality with literally ZERO response to our emails and calls.

We ordered and paid the price of a new car for two gray sliders. The crew even had grey caulk/sealant and trim to match the grey doors they were supposed to install.

The doors are 100% brown and look terrible. You can see the brown door vs grey sealant and grey “trim” in the pictures, against the two shades of grey in our house DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They will extract money and literally never call you back.
