I had a fantastic exp with Dwayne and team. When I first called they were prompt in getting out to measure and give an estimate. Just had him out to do the install and even though we had one of the toughest patio doors to replace, it was no match for him lol! He worked until the job was completed and to not only my satisfaction but his perfection too! Our slider was off prior to him servicing our door and he went above and beyond to adjust it as well. Top notch service and workmanship. Will for sure use him and his company again for any window needs and will refer him to everyone!

This place put in a windshield in my van the next day it was cracked from improper installation, tried to blame me for it. We almost boxed cuz this lil foo wanted to talk about respect issues! They gave my money back but the point is if ur going to do business do it right and be professional!

I was in a corner the other day and bam! Something smacked my window glass out of the blue. Still not sure what it was but left a huge crack. I have used their service for windshield chip repair once before so I figured I would just give them another shot. They didn’t disappoint me! They replaced my car's window glass the next day. Years ago I let them replace my windshield against my better judgment and they have telemarketed me incessantly ever since... I have asked numerous times to be removed from their phone call list!

If you have a broken windshield call your insurance company & go to one of the places they recommend, the work will be fully covered against leaks and such for life and you will not end up on some high pressure telemarketers phone list!

Never never never use one of these off-brand auto glass companies that you are not sent to expressly by your insurance company!!

I had Clayton Smith come and replace my windshield today. He was on time and very professional. When I walk outside and saw his truck, I was put at ease because I had recognized the work truck for around town! This was a very quick and easy process. I would definitely recommend this company. This is a company that takes care of its customers. I had to have warranty repair done, and they made good on it. They came out the next business day! Very satisfied!

I was looking for a windshield repair when I was referred to phoenix Mobile auto glass by my neighbor. He used them to replace his window last weekend and he said they were great. I had 2 small cracks and they fixed them and saved me from replacing the whole thing.

I am writing this review for the amount of amazing professionalism that I get when I call in for help and get the pleasure of speaking with Jane! She is top notch and an absolute pleasure to work with she is extremely professional very knowledgeable and gets things handled in a timely manner!

Quality and affordable auto glass in the Valley.

After a home invasion that left a giant hole in my front door, I called AZ Glass and Door for emergency service. For $250 they came and secured the door with plywood, I had no further services provided due to the company being a nightmare to communicate with, and lack of follow through on the company's behalf.

I was told the night of the break in (day 1) that someone would be out to secure the door, and then would be able to get the quote to me the following morning, and would be able to replace the door the following day.

The following day (day 2) I had to call 4 times yesterday in order to even get the quote sent out, which was not even sent until day 3 at 10a (after I called, AGAIN, to request it), and even then, it was not the accurate quote I asked for. After receiving the quote, I spoke with a rep (around 10:30a, day 3) in order to request a revised quote for the accurate services that I wanted, and requested to know an estimate for when the scheduling could be done so that I would be able to have my plywood covered door replaced. I was told that they are not able to give me an estimated date for scheduling.

Following this conversation, I never received an updated quote.

I spoke with another [big name, competing] company around 12:00pm today (day 3) in order to request a quote, and asked when they would be able to come out to replace the door. I had someone out to my house by 3pm, explained my options, and provided me a quote on the spot, and reported they would have someone here no later than 12:30pm tomorrow (day 4) to replace the door. While the competing company is more expensive, they were a breeze to communicate with, listened to what I had to say, provided me the quotes I asked for, and were quick to provide the service I was paying for.

I would say they earned the one star, bc the answer the phone when its ringing, and provide emergency door repair. However, they either need to hire more people, or regulate their work a little better, as their follow up is horrific.
