Best Auto Repair in Phoenix AZ

We needed an emergency window replacement after a smashed window. To make matters worse it was an arched window as well as embedded behind stucco. Dwayne did an excellent job,knowledgable, and explained our options well. He skillfully cut the new window onsite, installed in a timely manner, despite the challenge of removing stucco. Highly recommend to everyone.

Have already recommended this business to a co-worker. The process was very easy to get a quote and an appointment. Did it all by texting. They got me in the next day with options of at their place of work or Mobil at my home. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable during the check in process. Took under an hour to get the work completed. Yelp had a 15% off coupon so came in under the quote price. Would use them again.

Due to a nearby incident, one of my windows were broken. This is a first for me, but I needed a solution. Browsing through different options, I noticed the yelp reviews for this company were pretty high, but they didn't have too many google reviews even though they were positive. Taking a chance, I chose this company.

Needless to say, it worked out just fine. When researching, I had heard stories about extra fees or it taking months to get this kind of job done. Not the case here. Between my initial call and the window being repaired, I think it took about 2-3 weeks. The actual repair itself took about an hour. Price was fair enough, probably even better than some of the other quotes I had seen online.

Overall I would recommend them based on my experience.

i got my windshield changed out this morning, ABSOLUTELY great service and great work. The guys had me out of there shop in 30mins. I have a 2016 Corolla and they only charged me $125.00, as other placed wanted $250 - $300. I would highly recommend this place :)

Horrible company, spoke to a guy at 9:25a, stated he would call me back within an hour or less, to confirm if someone / tech would be able to come out to my home today. Never heard back. I called back at 11:31a, following up. He said a tech would be there at between 1p - 4p. No show. Called at 4:26p, a very unprofessional lady answered, sounded like I woke her from a nap. She stated the tech was on the way. Then the same guy I spoke to in the morning was in the background saying the tech is going to text you now. No show or text. Called at 7:23p. No answer. Don't waste your time with this HORRIBLE company.

I went to two other auto glass companies nearby and both person in charge didn't seem interested in finding the windshield for my car but Top Line auto glass helped me with no hesitation, set an appointment for the following day and was in and out within 45 mins! I was very pleased with their service and price.

This is my 1st time using Reliable Glass who was recommended by my insurance carrier based on their availability because I needed a windshield replacement within 12 hours. They were communicative and expedient but the 5 star rating really goes to Nathan a.k.a Nate who serviced my car. Nates level of professionalism was top notch! He took the time to show me small but significant details regarding my car I would never have noticed, thought about or any other service provider had shared. While that is amazing the most notable aspect of his service is his TV commercial like personality. In the BEST way. He clasps his hand and holds them to his body mid torso when introducing himself with a voice and articulation that is made for recordings. I called to get my windshield replaced earlier this week. I spoke with Bryan on the phone, who was very knowledgeable and accommodating, setting up an appointment for someone to come out today at my work. Clayton was the one who came to do the job. He was very nice and professional and got the job done quickly! He also relayed the aftercare information clearly and concisely. I would definitely recommend this service to others. They made what I thought would have been a headache a quick and painless process!

First class experience. Very fast at responding to my initial text. Visiting the shop was a very good experience the owner was very friendly and also provided lots of good information and help me with my window while he was ordering the part. Pricewise very fair from a parts labor perspective and And his staff completed the installation well earlier than expected.I drive on a Kia Sorrento and the regulator is just flat out expensive. However the quality of service and speed of service phoenix power window repair replaced the regulator for me for much less than the dealership was quoting me.I highly recommend phoenix power window repair!!

The representative I spoke to on the phone was pushy and trying to force me into accepting their service, so much so I finally had to hang up because he wasn't accepting the fact I just wanted a quote emailed to me. This was on Sunday, today is Wednesday and I got an email of the quote at 2:13am this morning telling me to reply accepting their quote so they could render service.
