I wasn't ready to replace my big picture window but my dog decided that we needed a new one! I had to call after hours and Bre and Dwayne were amazing from the beginning. I had Universal Glass replace the windshield for my Sequoia. I couldn't believe how accommodating they were with my schedule. When I said I only had an hour window on a specific day of the week, they said they could have a technician there and make the replacement within that time frame. Their billing went through the insurance company and it was replaced without any headaches. It was a flawless experience and I highly recommend Universal Glass!

I am terrible about remembering to write these, but I really wanted to make sure I wrote one for Shane. I used his services earlier this year for new window screens and a quote on a new patio screen door; I could not have been more pleased. When I saw Veteran Owned, I definitely at least wanted to get a quote, but as soon as I met him, I just had a really good feeling about him. He looked over everything I wanted done, and even said he'd be able to tune up my sliding glass patio door! Every concern, he had a solution for. He even told me 'I could tell you you need this and that, but you don't. You don't need new unless you really want them.' You rarely ever get that kind of honesty! I think I had one more quote that I was getting, but when he left, I just knew that I was gonna go with him. And I could not be happier with the work he did. He put new screens on my window, new screen in my screen door & tuned it up (rather than talking me into a brand new one!), and tuned up my patio door as well, and all for an absolutely reasonable price.

He works hard, he communicates, he's honest & polite; if you don't call him for at least a quote, you're missing out on an opportunity to work with and support a great business.

Also, for sure gave his information to a friend when she needed some repairs, and to my mom when her patio screen door was damaged. And I will continue to refer him to anyone I can!

The entire process was quick and painless. I called to make an appointment, and they were available the next day. The service repair man came to my office, arrived on time and replaced the windshield in about 15 minutes. He took care of every detail, including reapplying my oil change reminder sticker and my dash cam. He was very polite and helpful. If I ever need a windshield repair again, I'll be back!

It think these guys are doing a great job. I've had chip repair, windshield replacement and window tinting. I've run out of services to get so the best I can do is refer people to them. Trevor, Daniel and Adan are friendly, courteous and super helpful. I've had nothing but professionalism from the people in the office, as well.

So incredibly grateful and pleased with the service we received. It was fast and good work for significantly less than the dealer was going to charge.We had gone to the dealer to pick up the car from the garage and when we went to roll up the window [the dealer had all 4 windows down for some reason], there was a crunch and the glass fell down in on the passenger front window. Dealer quoted an astronomical price to fix it and said it would take 2.5 hours to fix, if they even had the part in stock. Frantic, because we needed the car to get to the airport the next day, I called and the owner of Phoenix Power Window Repair picked up, even though it was Saturday and he had already closed. As soon as I said the year, make, and model of the car, he recognized it and knew what was probably wrong with it (window regulator--a well known issue with our model of car).I have to say that this man was such a blessing to us. Even though it was his day off and he shouldn't have even had to answer the phone, he invited us to come to the shop and fixed the car for less than half the price the dealer quoted and had the work done in 30 minutes. I could not thank him enough for what he did for us--I would not hesitate to recommend Phoenix Power Window Repair in a heartbeat to anyone that needed their windows fixed!
