Just wanted to say that I appreciate the easygoing and no pressure way that Craig handles the estimates and Kris makes the installation look easy! I had another company come before Vision and they were nice but they wanted me to jump through hoops and make a quick decision to get the special price. Vision gave me just as good a price for the same windows (Anlin) with no pressure or hassle. Getting windows is not cheap anywhere but I feel Vision is a good honest company and I will use them again if I ever get money to do my basement also ?

Very happy with the product and the price. Job took longer than expected. Kenny, our installer solved any problems very quickly.

One of the best experiences in home improvement I've ever had! Robert, Bub, and AJ we're not just extremely knowledgeable and efficient, they were friendly and very considerate and kind. They shared my enthusiasm and made it a joyous experience. They cleaned so well it was nicer now than when they came. I have some physical difficulty, and they went above and beyond and did very thoughtful things like putting the blinds back, the porch chair, washer, etc. which was not required in the contract. The windows are amazing, and the installation is top quality. I'm very grateful I went with Lifetime. I got other bids and some were lower, but I'm glad I went with them. -kk

I would avoid this business at all costs. My experience consisted of the following:

- The salesperson, Tom, lied about the order deadline and delivery time. He said that if I placed my order on a Monday or Tuesday they would have my three windows by the following Monday or Tuesday. The order was placed midday Tuesday. Tom emailed a week later, when I was expecting to receive the windows, saying that I had not supplied payment for the deposit by the deadline. He first lied saying the deposit was paid a day later than it actually was. I told him to check the dates on our email thread, at which point he said he was new and didn’t know when the manufacturer’s deadline was. Not until I repeatedly expressed my dissatisfaction was any type of apology provided. The result was that my order would not arrive until the following Thursday, so it went from a week for delivery to three weeks.

- The rep from the window manufacturer contacted me later to inform me that the order had arrived, but Tom had placed it for the wrong windows. This resulted in a new order having to be placed, which of course delayed delivery another week.

- I was under the impression that I was paying a 50% deposit, and that the remainder would be collected upon delivery of the order. I was actually charged the full amount AND the salesperson Tom failed to add tax to the original quote. Calculating tax and adding it to a quote seems pretty elementary, and it’s fundamental in managing customer expectations. This is apparently not practiced at Freelite, though.

Perhaps they have just one dishonest and incompetent salesperson. Regardless, these types of business practices should absolutely not be supported.

Will never do business with them again and, of course, would never recommend them.

As a new home. We are in the market for replacing our windows in our home to be more energy efficient upgrade from what we currently have. Renewal By Anderson reached out to us and we decided to give them a shot. Replacing everything unfortunately was not in the Cards so. We started with a front window that was cracked and our back patio sliding door. It took their guys about 5 hours to remove and install both window and door. No damage to the stucco or the opening. They were made to size. The crew was awesome. Courteous and professional. The product is top of the line. We can't wait to have them back to replace more windows. I highly recommend them to everyone and we'll definitely have them back when we are ready to move forward with our window upgrades.

My car's window was damaged and eventually broke, so I needed a new one. I don't typically write reviews, but I felt it was necessary to do this one. I reached a lot of different businesses, others quoted me a price I couldn't afford. I eventually phoned Phoenix Mobile Car Glass at that point, and they not only returned my call but also came to my house the very next day with the component at such a low price. My ? glass repairs were completed within a few hours after they washed and cleaned my vehicle and replaced the shattered component. I had a great time working with them.

Had a super great experience with these guys. A matter a fact James just left and wanted to write a review right away. He was fast and personable. Got the job done in just a little under an hour for two windows. Also want to say thanks to who I talked on the phone with. I think his name was Jason very awesome and friendly. Affordable with lifetime warranty I can’t beat or find anywhere else! Thank you guys highly recommended!

Great price great service and there follow through is on point

I had been working with Dave since the 2nd of the month. From start to finish he explained how everything works with the replacement and insurance. Not only did he walk me through it, but he did all the leg work once I started the claim. The customer service here is beyond great, any little glitch hiccup or new bits of information they called me to make sure I was informed. Dave even went out of his way to make sure I was scheduled same day due to my schedule being crazy for the next 2-5 days. Cannot recommend these guys enough. Everyone was professional, and Carlos the tech was courteous and quick! Trust the reviews you read on these guys they're the real deal!

I called Tacheny when I was having roof leak issues. Jim was very responsive and took the time to come out and explore the issue. He gave me honest sound advice in his evaluation. Very respectable company for your roofing needs!

Safepro Autoglass was extremely courteous, prompt and professional from start to finish. David spoke with my insurance company to set it all up with no hassle and the technician Richard came to install my windshield. The prior windshield replacement company I used had messed up the moldings on my vehicle, Richard was extremely thorough and replaced my moldings with factory parts and did my windshield all at the same time. Richard did a fantastic job on my windshield but also left my dashboard cleaner then before he started. Safepro is an excellent company that I would most certainly recommend. Thank you Safepro!

Been here 5 times and never had a problem with the service or products.And the old man that comes around selling on the bike sells some awesome mangos.

Met Brian the owner and had Britt (one of the employees there) help us with setting up for a project. I spent a lot of time working with Britt on deciding on the options, estimate, etc. At the 11th hour, Britt jacked up the estimate by 20% and refused to explain why. Brian would not return our calls. If this is how the business deals with you before they get your money, don’t walk, run away!

Called these guys and they were super accommodating and communicated very well throughout the day until they showed up. Super professional, great price and took the time to vacuum out the broken glass from the car without me asking. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Terrible experience and horrible quality with literally ZERO response to our emails and calls.

We ordered and paid the price of a new car for two gray sliders. The crew even had grey caulk/sealant and trim to match the grey doors they were supposed to install.

The doors are 100% brown and look terrible. You can see the brown door vs grey sealant and grey “trim” in the pictures, against the two shades of grey in our house DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They will extract money and literally never call you back.

Sears Home Improvement Windows & Doors first major installment was a disaster from day one... and continued to be that way months later! There were many things not done correctly including damage to my wall and floors, and a door lock that didn't work because it wasn't installed properly. Sears was horrible about fixing these numerous problems. When I requested another installer to inspect the job they sent me someone that had no experience at installing so errors in workmanship were not caught or corrected. When I had my 2nd/last installation the new company found another problem that I didn't know about (the patio doors weren't properly sealed) and after my repoting it... they corrected this other installation company's mistake. I still have no idea if there are other installation problems because no one has inspected the first installation. (NOTE : The second installation company Sears hired for my last patio door was excellent.)
