Best A C Repair Call in Phoenix AZ

Chad the owner came out and did an inspection on a home I purchased in sun city west. He pointed out mistakes made by the previous roofing company and what was needed to bring my roof up to code. Here aligned many roof tiles that were not properly covering the underlayment Chad was very professional and I would not hesitate to use him for a new roof.

After a few good rainstorms I noticed several leaks in my roof that needed to be addressed. I called a few roofing companies, had them all come out and take a look at the roof and give me quotes on a repair.
After looking them over and reading reviews online I ended up going with Craig and Brown Roofing and had a really great experience. Their price was very fair and they didn't try to include any hidden costs as all of the other companies I received bids from did. Throughout the entire process everyone was very professional, great to work with and most importantly they did an excellent job on the roof.
Having home repair issues is never fun, but when they do come up it's always nice to have the peace of mind knowing that they were professionally fixed. I'd recommend Brown Roofing to anyone!

Oscar L showed up to do our repair and he was thorough with going over what he saw and did. He was professional and cleaned up the job area. This area was damaged by a contractor and Oscar made me feel confident that we won’t have a leaking issues again in the future!

Gave Hardacker Roofing 5 Stars because they earned them! Clyde and his company are top notch. Professional and courteous in every way. Did a complete re-roof on my rental home in the Cove at North Canyon and I couldn't be more pleased. Showed up on time as promised, completed all the work sooner than expected and we had both a tile and flat roof to recondition and replace! Cleanup was done quickly and perfectly. All this, AND they were less expensive than most all the other quotes!! What a Deal. Try em, you'll love em!!

Although Star Roofing performed our tear off and install seven years ago, we still remember their great customer service and quality of work. We received multiple bids after the hail storm came through that year and Star was the most competitive. What also impressed me was that they were/are the last union roofing company in Arizona. I always appreciate companies that take care of their employees.

I highly recommend Zona Roofing! Great experience from the get go. Ryan came out and inspected the roof. He even discussed cost saving measures with me. The work was done quickly and they cleaned up everything. I appreciated that Ryan gave me several options and discussed pricing. Jessica in the office is fantastic! Very easy to work with and helped with scheduling and payment. We will definitely use Zona Roofing again if we have any roofing issues!

Great communication and the project finished a couple days ahead of schedule. 10/10 and would recommend to anyone.

15 years after construction, our house sprung a small leak. Jim came out to inspect and identified the cause, which occurred from poor workmanship around a vent when the house was constructed. After authorizing the work, the crew updated the entire section of roof around the leak and restored the tiles as they were before. Not soon enough, because the night after work was completed, we had a storm and the leak was no more! Overall, beautiful work and done sooner and faster than I had expected.

I did not have a great experience with Overson. I had issues where they disconnected our AC when replacing the roof and then put it back incorrectly. I had to call a couple of times to get it taken care of. Parts of the roof had to be corrected upon final inspection and then they put a lien on my property when the job wasn't finished. I would not recommend this company.

Absolutely awesome

We got quotes for our leaky foam roof from several companies. A few never showed up at all, one went to the wrong house, another said they’d send a quote and never did… Mark Dunne with Dunne Roofing was the pure opposite of all that usual contractor nonsense! He showed up when he said he would, he kept in constant communication, he sent his quote even faster than expected and shot me a message to let me know he’d e-mailed it. He listened to our issues and explained to us in detail what the pros and cons of the project were, and showed us pictures of our roof to back it up. Based on the pricing he quoted us, his expert knowledge (built from years working in the hot southwest sun), and his near magical level of contractor communication skills, hiring him was a no brainer. He even did the work himself! We now have a roof with a warranty (certificate and all) for five years and he’ll come by for annual inspections at our request to make sure it’s staying in shape. It has rained BUCKETS since he did the work in July and we are happy to report: NO MORE LEAKS, yay!!! I would recommend him to anyone and everyone.

Excellent Service from start to finish. We took bids from three roofing companies. When we contacted Jorge for an estimate, he was here right on time, was extremely knowledgeable about the project, and the price was right.
Jorge and his assistant were here on time, and worked at a steady clip until the job was done. Not only did hey do a great job with the roof, but they also cleaned EVERYTHING up behind themselves. Nothing was dumped into our personal cans. They took all of the trash and debris away with them.
We highly recommend Jorge for his roofing skills and integrity as a business owner. We will definitely call you for our next project.

Allstate Roofing did an amazing job on our roof. I choose them over other 6 contractors , not only on the price, but on the value offered through warranty from the manufacturer (when looking at 30 years period, a small increase in price is well spent money !). They were extremely professional, timely and knowledgeable about all the options available to us. They re-roof the house, and we were able to have the work earlier than expected. Prior to the installation they answered all our questions and concerns in a timely manner. Once the job started they worked quickly and efficiently to complete the job. Their team was polite and respectful of our property as well as our neighbors during construction. They cleaned the entire site every day, including around the house, making sure no scraps, nails, etc are left around. At the end, they filled all paperwork with the manufacturer for warranty. We would definitely recommend Allstate Roofing for any roofing needs you may have!
