Best Installation Repair in Phoenix AZ

Installation of 2 bathroom showers. Was completed as promised. Crews were on time and very polite. They were careful on going in and out of home. The crews did amazing on clean up. Satisfied.

Due to a nearby incident, one of my windows were broken. This is a first for me, but I needed a solution. Browsing through different options, I noticed the yelp reviews for this company were pretty high, but they didn't have too many google reviews even though they were positive. Taking a chance, I chose this company.

Needless to say, it worked out just fine. When researching, I had heard stories about extra fees or it taking months to get this kind of job done. Not the case here. Between my initial call and the window being repaired, I think it took about 2-3 weeks. The actual repair itself took about an hour. Price was fair enough, probably even better than some of the other quotes I had seen online.

Overall I would recommend them based on my experience.

So far very pleased. Just installed today so not sure if won't leak but will give the benefit as if it won't. Price was very good and service was very fast. I gave the guys and gals a 20% tip. I enjoy having business performed quick and priced fairly. I did have to vacuum my car afterwards so be prepared for that if necessary. If I could buy everything this way I would be happier. Why do people need to be overly pampered to buy a service? Thank you from the 2005 Ford Ranger, standard cab, roll up windows with a new windshield.

We had new shower doors put in 3 bathrooms. Phil showed up when he said he would, did a fantastic job and didn't charge me an arm and a leg for it. Very professional company. I will be referring them to all of my friends and family.

The technician described what he needed to do and the timetable, and he adhered to it, so everything went perfectly from scheduling until the day of the visit! Very polite and friendly. I'll come back if I ever need to have a windshield crack repaired.

Noa Sanchez, the Clearview installer did a nice job. He called prior to the install and was efficient using his time. It took only 45 minutes for the install. You have to wait two hours to drive your vehicle. Blue tape comes off in an hour and no car wash for 24 hours. I am waiting a little longer to make sure everything is okay.

The replacement of the regulator & motor was done in a timely manor. I'm happy!

Clayton from Star glass was grea He came to our home and had the windshield repaired within 1 day of calling. Clayton was on time, professional, secure in his work, polite and quick. The service from Clayton and star glass was very good and I would use them again in a heartbeat.

We had an incredible experience from start to finish with Illumination Window and Door. The sales person came out and was very knowledgeable and helped us with design and ideas. We then met him at the showroom to see the different products and make a final decision.
The owner Anthony came out to measure and look at what type of support beam would need to be added. We felt confident in the entire team.

The installers showed up at the scheduled time and were very professions and nice. They put dust barriers up to protect the house then went to work. They had estimated 5 days but completed in 3 days. They matched the pop outs and moved our electrical around so that it looks like it was always part of the house. The sliding glass doors open up our kitchen and family room to our outside living area, pool and waterfall. It makes our house seem much bigger and we love the new look and feel. We went with the La Cantina doors and from a product standpoint they are awesome.

I am very impressed with Illumination, the team and process. I would definitely recommend them!!

Fast professional service. They were able to do the job at my place of work and save me from having to drive to a shop. The price of the repair was lower than what I expected and the repair guy was friendly and professional. Highly recommend this company for all your power window needs.

I would not recommend Universal Windows Direct. There are other more reliable companies out there. We purchased 1 sliding patio door & regret purchasing from this company. Regret dealing with Cody at the Phoenix location. Filed a claim with their Las Vegas location & got nothing but a run around with them. Find another company who has a sales person who has experience.

I should have gone with Anderson Windows & Doors, they do their own manufacturing. Universal uses another company to manufacture their product so you now have to deal with someone elso.

Brought broken screen for repair. Had to rebuild due to damage. They did a great job.
