They will not allow you to order one window. They make you order 3 or more. Don't waste your time...

The installers were amazing and the guy who helped me pick a door and get it ordered was also great. But good luck if you ever have to call the office and get stuck with the rudest lady I have had the pleasure to talk to. I am the customer spending a lot of money to this company. Installers were willing to work with me for installation on a day I needed but the lady in the office did not want to work with me, so rude yelling and playing the “ I can’t hear you game” the office manager tried to call 10 mins before they closed with my installation the next day I had talked to them to them enough at this point and was disrespected I just wanted it over. At least the door is beautiful and they did a good job with installation.

Dwayne is extremely responsible. He called back within 24 hours and scheduled an appointment for that week. On time. Repaired doors. Great job. Very pleased with the outcome.

My wife and I received two quotes from two different companies, K&J being one. Here is why we went with K&J:

1. We appreciated the transparency of the salesman (David). I did research on the windows he recommended and people had good things to say, which further verified his suggestions. He knew we were on a budget and still made sure we received quality product. When I requested a Change and to receive a new quote, he was right on top of it.
2. The quote from the other company was significantly higher (around $1600). After comparing apples to apples and the quotes side by side, I could see what the competitor was doing to charge many unnecessary fees for the same amount of product and work.
3. K&J DOES NOT CHARGE A CLEAN UP FEE! Make sure you watch for this, as it isn’t a cheap fee. It let me know that they weren’t trying to nickel and dime my family. The competitor required $125 for a clean up fee.
4. They moved our install date up as soon as they had an opening.
5. This was the most important thing to me. My wife was home with our two young children when the installers came. I received a text stating how polite they were, and friendly to my family. They cleaned up as they went, and even installed the master bedroom window first, so that she would have a private place to be with our newborn. They were sensitive to the fact that young children were present and gave reminders to the young man working with them, not to leave any chemicals where my child could reach them.

I know this is long, but I hope it is of significant help as you make your decision. We will easily recommend K&J in the future as well as consult them when we are ready to replace our doors.

Capstone Windows did a great job replacing 30 year old windows at our two bedroom casita in Scottsdale.

The sales and ordering process was clear and concise - with great recommendations to provide for the optimum value for the replacement windows, sliding doors and treatments.

The crew members were fantastic and took a great deal of time ensuring proper plastic sheeting and protections were in place, and their cleanups at the end of the day were admirable!

The crew’s planning of removal and replacement was excellent and was done such that there was never extensive time where the home was open to the outside (it was 114 degrees out). I was impressed with the safety considerations for the workers as well. Crew lead took great care of his folks.

Capstone went above and beyond on some little items that they didn’t have to do but wanted to make sure that we were pleased with the complete effort. These items were really appreciated.

I had windows put in, it was done fast and efficient. Jason was very nice and cleaned up when he was done.

Scott helped me get my roof replaced. Him and his company battled with my insurance company to get it done right.

The installers where awesome, they did Great!
Not the right size, Windows are way to small.
They used plastic 2 “ wide on each side, plus in the Guest room 3” on top and bottom of window, it is a long and narrow window already.
I called a few times, when my rep called back, he said; they could not do more window than the original, they windows are way smaller now.
I wanted for him to come out and look.
He just got upset with me.
I told him, so, I am paying all this money for plastic! They would not even reduce my bill or anything.
People please if you purchase windows and they do not look the right size right away, complain then!

Had our windows replaced with triple panes. What an amazing difference!! The staff are professional and courteous. Would definitely recommend this company hands down! Great job!

The installers arrived on time and completed the removal of 2 windows and installation of 2 new Anderson windows. They were very professional and completed all the work and cleanup in a short amount of time. We will be having other windows replaced in the future and will be staying with Anderson. Highly recommended for anyone looking to have windows replaced.

I recently had a car drive plow into my office and destroy not only several glass panels but an entire aluminum frame section. Universal has alway done a great job replacing the windshields for my personal autos but I was not sure if they could tackle this job. Robert personally came out to inspect the damage and his team did a great job replacing the aluminum frame and installing the glass panels. Even with on going industry supply chain issues , Robert’s team was able to source the repair items needed and kept me updated on every step of the repair process. I am very satisfied with the results.

The install crew of Max, Skyler and Art did a very professional job. They were on time, and worked efficiently to complete an excellent finished product. They kept the work area clean and took care of our home. They politely answered our questions with clear answers.

Let me say I didn’t use this service. I called because we had purchased some windows ourselves and needed some help with instillation. Instead of just politely telling me they don’t provide that service the girl answering the phone was extremely rude! I will be replacing all my windows next year and will be sure NOT to use this company.
