We have one of these fans in our bedroom at home, and it makes the air undeniably cleaner. Mom has noticed the benefits of having this fan too. Now that she’s had a good experience, I believe it’s time to give a much-deserved five-star review. Baikal Mechanical clearly knows the value of having access to clean air, as they must manufacture their products with this in mind. Mom, my husband, and I all love Baikal Mechanical!

I chose this HVAC contractor because they have the brand I was looking for. During the initial quote session for the estimate, Daniel showed me the numbers and I immediately knew this company would be the one to install my new split-system heat pump. Even though I already had a quote from another contractor that featured the same brand, I am very satisfied that I chose Preferred Air. Not only was their estimate lower, but the level of service, quality of install, and attention to detail was outstanding. When my other heat pump deteriorates in a few years, I won't need to get nine quotes from nine different companies. I will simply call Preferred Air and setup an appointment for a new install.

This company is phenomenal. From the first call to the installation was 7 days which surprised me because this is a very busy season. The techs were very professional and they worked diligently to get the job done and I’ve received txts this morning how I liked the unit, if I had questions, they are eager to help in any way possible. The crew was awesome ! They arrived exactly at the hour they promised, shoe covers in hand. They explained everything clearly and easily . The site was neat and tidy afterwards. We just had service today from Ducts, Inc. - very happy! Good price, very responsive, professional, on time, did what they said they would do. Cleaned up after themselves! When they came to give a quote, I had asked them to call or text upon arrival rather than ring the doorbell (dogs get Barky). They even remembered that when they came back to provide the service, called when he arrived - very impressed. Highly recommend ! Thank you.

Ive had a lot of issues with this company... but the one I cant get passed is.. they didnt set up the common wire to my Nest tstat.. just so when the battery died they could get another dollar charging me for that fix. I fixed it myself.. and found shady HVAC companies do this to scam costumers.

Just had a customers air conditioning checked as it's not working after some remodeling work King HVAC came out and found was low on freon they charged cleaned and serviced, and gave us a very fair deal... customer is happy. I will definitely use these guys again and would recommend

Not bad for a newer and smaller company. I had an issue with the first team assigned and they were replaced immediately by Rocket Aire LLC. Ducts were installed clean. Price wasn't horrible either.
