Awesome company. Gina is wonderful and Anthony the installer was very helpful and cared about the way I wanted things and how it was going to look. I recommend this company to anyone. So glad i chose Az Pool Fence.

They have done an excellent job to date have left a clean site after demo. Have not started block fence yet. But owner does a good job coordinating work.

I have a beautiful new Diamond Iron wrought iron fence with a wide gate that swings out to the golf course. It took longer, given the support wall
had to be repaired and re-stuccoed by a separate block crew, a project in itself, so the old fence had to come down for the length of that project.
Diamond Iron knew at once that I would need a temporary chain link fence, as we have a pool that would have created a safety hazard. So that
was the first thing they brought without me even asking. Given there were so many phases, I had the chance to meet many of the different crew members individually. Every single one of them was respectful, showed up on time, worked very hard work and just wanted to please. Given anything and everything that can go wrong in a complex project in this day and time, we had a couple of hiccups. In this day and time, when anything and everything can go wrong, what you often see is the company glossing things over and you just hang on for the ride. Not with this company. When we had a hiccup, the Controller of Diamond Iron, Vanessa Lindley handed the President of Diamond Iron, Chris Blauvelt a note from me. Four hours later, Chris was at my door to see for himself how he would move things along. Now that never happens, in this day and time.

I just want to express how grateful I am for the team over at Fence Company Phoenix. The process was so fast and seamless and they really took care of me and listened to every single one of my needs. Thank you guys for everything!

Office hours online show 7-4, got to the office and they are only open 7-3. Arrived at 3:25 and they were less than helpful

As a Father to young children, a safety fence for our pool was a huge priority for us. The Pool Safety Fencing team was really easy to work with and my wife is really happy with the quality of the safety fence around our pool. Highly recommend these guys!

We called to set up a appointment for them to come give us a quote on a gate. They said they would be here the next day at 9am I stayed home tall morning wait and they never showed up! I never even got a call that they weren't going to make it! This is BAD customer service! I would not recommend them!!!!

I contacted the CFO David about a job I needed done asap. He came out the next day and looked at the work that needed to be done, said it would be easy. A couple of days past by and he told me he was waiting on supplier info, and that he would have an answer by end of day. He never got back to me, and completely stopped returning my phone calls and emails. If he was unable to do the job, he should have called back and said so, no problem. But the choice to ignore a potential client, goes to show the level of care and professionalism this man/company have. Also, they are more expensive than their competitors. Dont bother with them, they will waste your time.

This place knows the job despite the comments below. Needed fence, as they do not provide residential fence, they took my info and passed it a long to ther sister company! They were not going to give up on getting me what I needed.. friendly, and I believe they give an honest and fair price!!

Not open during business hours, rude not helpful

I have contacted Tom numerous times. He has promised everytime to fix the following but never does. Tom put in a wrought iron and cinder block fence on top of a patio he contracted. 1) a 3 week project took 5 months. 2) the drainage in the cinder block over the patio is horribly inadequate. 3) there is no slope on the patio so it floods. 4) cap stones have fallen off due to lack of mortar. 5) when he removed the old cinder block he damage the boards of my house. Without repairing it supports for the fencing were put in over it. Only 1/2 inch between house and supports leaves no room to get fix it. House is open to bugs and lizards. 6). His wrought iron work was good.
